Okay, i am going to say it: Nuzlocke Rule 2 needs an official Amendement, for Games where where it is not possible to have a full Team. Something along the Lines of earning 1 Revival of a Pokemon for every 2 Badges we get without a loss
In gen 3 the AI thinks of Rock Tomb as a speed control move rather than a damaging move. As soon as your pokemon is slower than theirs they will de-prioritize using Rock Tomb
FlygonHG personally tested this theory, and it seems like the move IS treated like a regular move if it's supereffective. That's MY observation, at least, cuz he did it on his Bug type challenge of Emerald...
The absolute happiness it gives me to see one of my favorite Pokemon, Misdreavus essentially sweep the champion AND the post game Steven battle is unreal. This was by far one of my most favorite and clutch monotype nuzlockes I've seen. Go Myrtle!
9:25 you don't need to buy a harbour mail in Slateport City, you could also just go into the mystery house on the route above. The first riddle there has a harbour mail laying around

Hey, Silph, I dunno if anyone has mentioned it, but Roxanne is programmed to use Rock Tomb specifically for speed control - meaning, once you're slower than the Geodudes and Nosepass, they'll switch to their other moves exclusively. Hope that helps with the confusion.
At first I was like it's over no way Myrtle gets to Wallace, and she does. Then I'm like no way Myrtle even comes to close to beating Wallace the run is over, you did what you could, then she won. Finally, I sat back in my chair knowing that Myrtle had no chance against the Steel monster that is Steven so I assumed you wouldn't even try to battle him, then my jaw nearly hit the floor as I watched the ending. Myrtle and you are goated nuzlockers, well done!
That Sheer Cold luck reminds of the Ground type team I did in Sapphire years before I knew about Nuzlockes but the number of Sheer Colds her Walrain got on u reminded of the amount she got on me in that run
I was doing a soul link with a bunch of my friends who were all amazed by the cut scene triggering by going back downstairs. I did it once when I was like 10 and just always assumed it was common knowledge.

Ghost is personally my favorite type ever introduced, I was sad early on when there was so few ghost that were viable, now we have crazy good ones like special attackers like Chandelure

So weird that Gen 3 Hoenn has Machop, Geodude and Abra line in base dex but not Ghastly line At least let all 5 of the 6 Ghosts types be in game for your Ghost E4 member to have a team that isn't just repeats or giver her the Agatha treatment at least
Yeah, no. Glacias Walreign landing consecutive 'Sheer Colds' holds reputation with me. I once had her land all 5 in a row, amongst numerous other times where, not consecutively, she also landed at least 3. It's up there with Wynona's Pelliper getting protect three times in a row, roosts my hit then gets another 2-3 protects in a row. Absolute pi** off.
I think that the Roxanne fight happened due to the Emerald AI just being stupid when it comes to Rock Tomb as it's considered Speed Control. Since Rock Tomb lowers speed, and Misdreavus is slower than Nosepass already, that dissuades the AI from going for Rock Tomb. Had Misdreavus not been a Ghost type, pretty sure that thing would be spamming Tackle.
I see you, purposefully playing the E4 two levels below the cap so that Walrein's Sheer Cold could have a chance to hit to make the attempt more interesting. Made for good storytelling.
I don't know what's crazier (MAJOR SPOILERS): Two back to back Sheer Colds, one hitting through confusion, Or An unevolved "starter" soloing an elite four member and TWO champions. That Ghost is GOATed.

I know this is likely not a question you want to hear but I will ask it. Will "True Power Revamped" make it's return soon? AKA a challenge run with Falkner's best Team. Or would Kanto's Gen 1 Elite Four would come beforehand? I would assume it was a Gen 1 Gaymleaders-only affair if it hadn't been Janine instead of her father taking on the poisonous trek through Heart Gold... Incredible that you managed to make it after the Sheer Double Surprise that Glacia pulled off...
