Last week I spent several hours trying to beat that mountaineer maniac level. Needless to say I'm not good at shell jumps, but I didn't realize how hard the level actually was XD

Humor is when you use words or ideas to convey a meaning which (if it were true) would be entirely absurd, but can also be comprehended. It only works if both parties are aware of the fact that it is meant to be humor. Sometimes there is a pre-existing understanding that this is a joke, such as when a professional comedian performs. But usually, the listener/reader is expected to realize that it is obviously a joke, because literally nobody read this comment and is somehow unaware of what Dave actually said.

I think Blade Runner 2049 is an excellent movie, haunting scenes filled with atmosphere, beautifully shot, with an excellent soundtrack and compelling story. It does justice to the first movie.

Super Expert levels appear on uncleared expert, due to some glitch. I don’t know the details, but likely that’s what the hard levels are about.
