Did the AVP have a high enough resolution to use a phone, watch, or read text on a paper through the passthrough? I like the feeling of passthrough on my Quest 3 but the camera and display resolution have too low resolution. Higher resolution would make it possible to do other tasks without taking the headset off.

Looking at some of the Apple Ads on the Visual Pro, there is a lady inside a hotel room folding up her clothes while taking a FaceTime call with her Visual Pro put on her head. I wonder if this makes better sense that the lady accept that call from a iPhone or iMac than wearing a headset while doing the clothes. I think the Visual Pro would be ideal for watching video and playing games than any other activities that Apple told us that we would do it from the headset.

I'm still just confused by the productivity use cases for regular people. What would regular people do with it beyond just watching entertainment?

It will be awesome if I can disable both aspects of eyesight. I don’t want people walking near me to break any immersion I have, and battery draining via an external screen is annoying.

I appreciate Apple’s efforts to keep you connected to the real world (I.e. when someone approaches you). I have a feeling third party developers may have the opposite intention, sadly.

I love VR I just don't like Apple version of VR... If meta makes a version similar to this I would buy it instantly because I know it would at least be fun, this thing reeks of proprietary, garden wall, and looks boring. Like who want to do a keynote on such a awesome device, or pin Safari browsing windows. The device itself is probably the best out there to date but the implementation for use case and fun factor looks like the worst.

I still don't get what you supposed to do with it beside watch movies, this would've been great for triple a title games.. This thing sounds super boring, sure it'll be cool for a week or so but without great games it'll suck.

so you can watch 3d videos, photos, see different home environments and web browsing like the quest 3 at 7x the cost. hopefully visual is at least 2x better.

how would show what you sean as family if your only one with headset or wat if your have disability person siting next to you how would interact with that person that cant sit still or poeple that have constant movement this were it fails interaction to all your surroundings ,..........now that could do is on to tv idea that every one like family of 4 could watch do see all at same time based uon on who watching or like holographic .......... and if had small 2 year old you need look aft that person so puting this on and having 2 year old nect looking at blank wall ,.................then price of extra normal parson that to buy set of 5 for hole family not going work and how would walk around out side with it like ar glasses that look like real glasses

Can't afford a safari trip but can afford a Vision Pro? I think this can be both expensive and innovative but it's definitely less innovative and more expensive. From the demos it just seems like it's taking less advantage of the space around you and moreso giving you screens. We'll have to see where developers take this but I would have liked Apple to be the ones pioneering the direction.

Long term (1h +) Use of VR makes lots of people feel sick, just this fact makes this thing an over expensive apple device it also doesn't add anything extra over existing devices features that you can actually use without this thing on your head and without the weirdo controls it will not be a new way of computing history likely will remember it as another virtual boy failure, that's right Nintendo run into this issue years ago! MICROSOFT research this vr issues and decided to not bother because as long this vr sickness not is resolved vr going no where! Also one of the big reasons google glasses failed 😢

I believe we are meant to be like Jesus in our hearts and not in our flesh. But be careful of AI, for it knows only things of the flesh such as our fleshly desires (without fear of God) and cannot comprehend things of the Spirit such as true love and eternal joy that comes from obeying God's Word [Galatians 5:16-26]. Man is a spirit and has a soul but lives in a body which is flesh. When you go to bed it is the flesh that sleeps, but your spirit never sleeps and that is why you have dreams, unless you have died in peace physically. That is when meditation comes - naturally without forcing yourself, turning the Word over and over in your heart. You can be having a conversation with someone while meditating in your heart - saying 'Thank you, Jesus...' over and over in your heart. But it is hard to meditate when you haven't let go of offence or past hurts because you need a free spirit to believe His Word and meditate on it. Your pain of the past, leave it for God, don't worry yourself, Jesus is alive, you can face tomorrow, He understands what you are passing through today. Begin to meditate on this prayer day and night (in all that you do), "Lord take more of me and give me more of you. Give me more of your holiness, faithfulness, obedience, self-control, purity, humility, love, goodness, kindness, joy, patience, forgiveness, wisdom, understanding, calmness, perseverance... You will think differently, dream differently, act differently and talk differently - if something does not qualify for meditation, it does not qualify for conversation. *THE BATTLE BETWEEN LIGHT AND DARKNESS (GOOD AND EVIL)* Heaven is God's throne and the dwelling place for God's angels and the saints. Hell was meant for the devil (satan) and the fallen angels. Those who torture the souls in hell are demons (unclean spirits). Man's spirit is a free moral agent. You can either yield yourself to the Spirit God by choosing to do good or to the evil spirit by choosing to do wrong because God has given us discretion. If one thinks he possesses only his own spirit, he is lying to himself and he is already in the dark. God is light while the devil is darkness. Light (Holy Spirit) and darkness (evil spirit) cannot stay together in a man's body. God is Love (Love is light) and where there is no love is hell, just as where there is no light there is absolute darkness. The one you yield yourself to, you will get his reward. The reward of righteousness to man's spirit is life (abundant life) and the reward of sin to man's spirit is death. Sin and satan are one and the same. Whatever sin can cause, satan also can cause. Sin is what gives the devil dominion or power over man's spirit. When God's Word becomes a part of you, sin power over you is broken because Jesus and His Word are one and Jesus much more powerful that satan, and you become the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus. Where Jesus is, you are and when He went (to the Father), you went. In the book of John 8:42-47, Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. Looks really boring. No VR games, no native RU-vid or Netflix. So the main thing is web browsing and to have multiple screens open. A tablet is more practical. It is visible to others and no need to strap a screen on your face
