Just sharing my experience…caffeine causes iron absorption issues. Low iron causes fatigue. That could be one reason you’re so tired after drinking all that caffeine.❤❤❤

Coleslaw usually contains mayonnaise so its not vegan 😭However KFC's, while still not vegan, uses just egg; Chopped Cabbage, Carrots, and Onions, Sugar, Soybean Oil, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Whole Eggs, Food Starch Modified, Salt, Mustard Flour, Corn Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Paprika, Extractives of Paprika.

I don’t think he’s vegan anymore, I think he’s just vegetarian. I did some research and some of the food items that he tried in this video, like the churros and coleslaw, contain eggs & dairy.
