Hey pita I will say the steak in Panda Express from where I am is quite good,less dry and the steak with chow fun and chow mein is so good that I would recommend having it with the veggie/chicken egg roll with their sweet and sour sauce just drizzled into the noodles with the steak.

I can tell you why you always freeze at the speaker. It’s because subconsciously you are afraid of being judged for possibly making a mistake. Sometime as a child possibly, you were criticized for making a mistake and it broke your spirit. Now subconsciously you’re always afraid of making a mistake in fear of being criticized. But you must break that mentality because you’re human. All humans make mistakes and that’s ok. Stop holding yourself back in fear, and honestly anyone that judges you for making a mistake is in a toxic mindset themselves. Just My thoughts. 🤍🤟🏽
