Ive always preferred McDonald's coffees to Starbucks. Their big ass water filtration set up that every mcd has actually makes a huge difference. I can go to any mcd in any state and get the same good cup of coffee. Their plain coffee is good. I get it black bring it home and add sugar in the raw and good vanilla creamer. Lol But their vanilla latte or vanilla cappuccino never disappoints. Ive never had a good cup at Starbucks. Its always burnt and bitter.
McDonald’s was my first job. Honestly, their coffee is as good as all the corporate coffee shops. Local is the best, but as far as corporate fast food types MacDons is the best coffee.
@@tbirds5313 my daughter's first job was McDonald's and the boss/owner gave me a tour once I complimented the good tasting water at every store we stopped at while on vacations across the state and out of state. And how impressed ive been that when I needed good water while on vacation and offered to buy a few gallons for our camper drinking water I've never ever been asked to pay for it they just ask me to bring my big 5 gallon water cooler thing in. And I mean I've done this in about 10 different states/locations. Im always very grateful to these stores for allowing me to get decent drinking water. I try to be polite and not during any rush hour times tho. It makes a difference lol. I do love me some McDonald's breakfast for sure lol.
it probably depends on the location, but most 7/11 stores have a “cappuccino machine” that serves hot coffee-like drinks. i say coffee-like only because i can’t be certain how much coffee is actually in them (it doesn’t taste like there’s any imo, but they’re still pretty good lol)
My favorite fall drink from Starbucks is the iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte. It is perfect for early fall when it’s still hot so you can feel festive, but stay cooled down 😋
You should do them all cold or all hot. They taste different. Colds are sweeter and thus would taste better while a hot coffee holds more coffee flavor
Ooh I didn’t realize McDonalds has a pumpkin coffee too. Btw Wendy’s has a pumpkin spiced coffee! It’s the pumpkin spice Frosty cream cold brew. I tried it and plan to get it again! The pumpkin spice wasn’t as strong as the frosty itself but I still enjoyed it
It is highly recommended to let the frosty melt before you drink it. At the time never been to Wendi's and got a terrible headache trying to drink what i thought was the thickest milkshake.
Ah, Pumpkin Spice. Something that generally has nothing to do with Pumpkins but is the spice combination many a folk use in Pumpkin Pie, so its called Pumpkin Spice for that tiny insignificant reason and it turns people off to it that dislike Pumpkin based consumables.
Tbh McDonalds iced coffee has a LOT of sugar with the sweeteners and flavorings. HOWEVER, the bean quality is exceptionally high for being a fast food restaurant. When I worked there I started drinking iced coffee every lunch. To this day I can’t drink coffee from any other fast food place.
Use a smaller straw to drink the latte as McDonald’s straw is bigger than normal straw. This is because bigger straw makes you drink more latte and more sugar.
