Some days I eat more and some days I eat less and *all* my meals change on the daily. Clearly what I eat in a day videos is only showing one day out of the entire week.

i think what ppl meant on gabbie’s video recreation was that u switch things up that don’t need to be switched up. like in many of ur ‘i try to eat like ___’ videos, u use different veggies or fruits because u don’t feel like leaving ur house to buy the same kinds as the youtuber had. stop using JUST the things u have in ur household and put just a litttttle more effort into it. like for example with the peanut butter and almond butter - it isn’t a big deal, but u can leave ur house before even filming the video and get what u need for it. just put some work in

Ngl I actually like vegan replacements lol I always hated meat and eggs as a non-vegan but when I switched I realized that the replacements actually taste pretty good. I try to eat healthy, but what can I say: I’m a junk food vegan lol I’ve made scrambled eggs on toast, turkey sandwiches, grilled cheeses and whatnot and I like them more now when I didn’t even find any appeal beforehand so I guess if you’re looking for taste and not specifically health, vegan mock meats and cheeses and eggs and whatnot can be pretty dang good

It's interesting how Americans need dressing on everything. It's not as common in Europe because it's unhealthy, and we opt for other stuff like olive oil, pepper, salt and vinegar on our salads, with balsamico as well.
