I remember when Mac first started doing the food content. He was like he ain't really into this type of content but for some reason people like it so he's going to give it a try. Then came Mac Eats. Now theres higher production value, collabs and travels, and there's even a blend of introducing local cultures (the hood version, which NO ONE HAS EVER DONE) with the food. Keep doing your thing and expanding brother. Oh wait why this dude got a stack of $1s? Lol must've had a fun night.

Islander born and raised in Hawaii here... Zippys is overrated, pretty much only the seniors love Zippys OR only at the end of a drinking night the drunks will stop there .. I personally stay away from there, overpriced for nasty ass food as well as rubbish musubis... Better to eat at the smaller local spots for local favorites, like that Lau Lau place (there is hundreds of more solid spots)... Glad u enjoyed your visit, mahaloz bradduh 🤙🏽🤙🏽

@@triggatrevor1849 I was in Kona big island and I tried the local bbq spots like LL Hawaiian bbq and the other spot a few stores to the left. It was average at best and it seems all the other spots serve the same stuff like Hawaiian chicken with Mac salad and rice. It’s just doesn’t compare to foods in LA and NYC but love the poke variety in Hawaii! Overall Hawaii it’s lit it’s like a different world compare to the mainland.

theres a pizza bus on north shore called impossibles pizza. has a fire brick oven inside and the pizza was better than a few places ive tried in NYC . it would be cool to see a native new yorker to do a taste. its near giovannis. its on same street right across the pupukea foodland at the 3 tables beach parking lot. usually around sunset. Im not hyping it up. the pizza was amazing.

@@Yabai_Dance_Machine i always do. but sometimes food right out the water after a full day of snorkeling and catching a sunset w someone. its nice. when im tired of local grinds ill mix it up. but thats rare. again this pizza is comparable to nyc even a bit better. i always get poke at kuhuku suprette , rays huli chicken and foodland on pupukea for fish and other type poke and beer. i ate at the top 5 pizza joints in Oahu and impossibles pizza bus was the best . although dolans pizza was legit.
