You know what’s the best snow white movie? Mirror Mirror. Don’t even judge me by it being different, I just like it when she’s badass and not a damsel in distress. The dwarfs in the movie are funny. Julia Roberts looks beautiful as the evil queen.
i agreeee about the snow white movie!! like “she doesn’t need a man” okay??? she may not NEED him but he’s HALF OF THE STORY lmao and the dwarves!! they’re 95% of the plot by themselves!!
Yes, thank you for not being scared to say what everyone is thinking about Snow White and many of these other remakes! Leave the classics alone and just write new stories!
omg james thank you SO MUCH with the movie rant (especially the snow white one).. just make a COMPLETE NEW MOVIE if you’re not following the storyline we all know and love!
loved the little rant lmao you should give the OG avatar show a shot! it's soo good. I would definitely love to see you try this again with a different look!!
I read in r/ask on Reddit and basically it was a discussion about overrated movies, 70% were about avatar lmao. Barbie too. I personally didn’t watch it because it’s not my preferred movie genre but I watched the second one because my friend is obsessed, I didn’t make it past 20 minutes
completely agree with what you said about ATLA and as a fan who grew up with the og show it is super frustrating how many things they changed in the live action!!! also you should totally watch the og show!
YES the Snow White rant is SPOT ON! As a woman it’s TOTALLY fine to want a love story and to be saved by a man, finding love and loving a man also should not be equated to weakness!!! You can still be a strong woman and be saved by a “true love”. we are tired of itttt. There are also wayyy too many “boss babe” storylines right now.
James!!!! You should definitely practice on it and im sure it'll come out amazing. I really wanna see you try again. The forehand part came out good. You could try another look, maybe a starry night or something that has the concept of lights and glowing like Tangled or lightning. For Christmas look, you could go for hanging lights. I WANNA SEE YOU TRY AGAIN!!! p.s. I love you so much 💖💖
Wow, this has to be the most enjoyable episode ever! I had a great time, especially with the Disney talk and the deep dives into various subjects - it made the episode even better, I absolutely loved this approach. I think you should consider doing it again; (both the approach and the Makeup) of course, the Makeup looked bad. Eeeeeee!
Oh no! It looks like finger painting Avatar makeup TTnTT maybe you should do the makeup with the BL on but blurred so we can't see the progress and then show the improved reveal at the end. That way you can Use the detail brushes way better, since you'll be able to see what you're painting on.
JAMESSS hi! i would love to see this again! i think if you did it with the black light on regular lights off specifically while you apply the UV product, you’d be able to see the details and design more clearly!!
James on a tangent is always the best…he’s killing me today LOL OH and are you filming an Easter Brunch cooking video this season? Some of us here live for cooking videos!
love love love! you should try creating the look with the blacklight makeup first, then doing a light makeup look overtop. That way if u mess up or need to fix it, it won't effect the glam :) love u
PLEASE, if you retry it, PUT THE VIDEO ON THIS PLATFORM. I am so obsessed with you and ALL of your content, especially the videos on RU-vid. I have seen every video from THIS platform and it honestly brightens my day when you post a video on RU-vid.... 😅
I think the main problem is the product making it look 'bad', not all of it is james' doing. Like if you look close at the thicker lines you can see how streaky or kinda milky the formula is. In my opinion, if the product went on cleaner it would make a huge difference to the look. But still a fun video and we needa see james tackle this challenge again soon! p.s. the snow white rant had me dying😭
A movie I absolutely love is The Legend of Gatorface. I've watched it since the 90's and still ball my eye's out, it's sad yet beautiful at the same time.
