Fun video! Finally someone taking his course (somewhat) seriously, because I was very curious of what it would actually be. It doesn't seem like the scam people make it out to be, at least not at 9$ (I remember him selling it for hundreds of dollars upon release LOL)

The only thing id say is that the GDDP exists. Its free and made by someone who actually knows how to play the game really well. And it works better as it gives you advice based on what levels YOU did. So id just go with that, since Kaiguy's thing is basically what Npesta said in his skill progression video

You're probably the only person who actually benefited from that program because you were forced to go beat a new level (nice fluke and coin skip btw). If I'm being honest, AeonAir has a bunch of videos regarding this whole "git gud at GD" thing, and they're probably better than KaiGuy's thing by a long shot. Not only are they free, but he just actually gives proper tips, ideas, and level recommendations to improve your skill. They also come from someone with experience with hard levels. Also that "secret technique" is not that secret and is something that I'm pretty sure he also talks about. Afaik, it's name is the "sleep buff", because your mind will have time to process the mucle memory you learned from a level the prior night. It's a real technique that I've even used a couple of times just to get a little bit more consistent, although it can only work so much. Video good, Kaiguy bad, AeonAir>Kaiguy. I went from Windy Landscape to Cataclysm too lol. Crazy that you fluked from 51 though, I died past 64 so many times it wasnt even funny. I died in the easy as hell wave more than once too with a worst fail of 77%. It was worth it in the end though!

I do not care about gradual progression, so nine circles, here I come!

this course does just parrot information thats publicly available, but id say its almost worth it simply from a mentality perspective. playing consistently makes you better at immense speeds (as seen from this guy going from thermodynamix to cataclysm in a couple of days) and maybe just the thought of “i paid for this course and need to get my moneys worth” can be the push you need to keep going and improve at a consistent rate ultimately, if you already have the mentality needed then this course seems a little pointless. but ironically, throwing money at a problem can help it by just making you change your mindset

My hardest is that one secret way demon, so not really my hardest lol. I did get 60% on shiver tho. Shiver is the easiest demon level, but it has a LOT of fake orbs and very fast yet simple gameplay. I beat it in practice with 12 attempts, so I’m almost done. All that’s left is nerve control, because I am trash with that. (I’m doing this on mobile) I wanna make a demon level but every time I try, the gameplay is very unbalanced since I like to make my gameplay look unique, so the level is just a collection of segments. Maybe if I move those segments around… Also, amazing video!

Actual Advice: Make a level that is around or harder than your skill level, try complete it and make another, until you can get better with timings, straight fly, etc.
