I'm on the valley floor so just have regular insurance. If you are in the city you will be fine. Apart from that it is a bit of a lottery dependant on fireline scores and the various insurance company algorithms. Rates have gone up but I can't think of a deal that didn't happen due to insurance if that gives you an idea and we did 70 last year
