the website doesn't display the lulu logos but once you order it, it will have the logo. it's so they don't get in any trouble for copying the lulu logo.
They probably just pay the money when Lululemon and other brands sue them for copyright infringement. I know Disney takes stuff like this seriously and will even go after super small Etsy shops. It all comes down to whether the company wants to prosecute. But yeah, what this company is doing is definitely illegal.
If I was lulu lemon I would probably get upset because they are almost the same logo and same style of stuff but don't get my wrong they did a good job duping it but it went a bit too far in my opinion.
They have to color over the logo but when you order it’s there I have ordered alottt of lulu and they all have the logo and amazing quality (Using mums account)
@@graccee.seaaaa it’s just like AliExpress or alibaba, wether you get scammed depends on if you are checking all the photo reviews to make sure other people have received the item and if it looks good. If an item has 0 reviews I’d recommend not buying, but since these are all reviews you know they’re not scams
Looks like Lululemon needs to sue the fake crappy crap shorts off of whoeverade these. These are straight up trademark infringement because they have the logo. Seriously, you supported these companies who make fakes. Border patrol needs to throw all this fufufemon in the fragmetizer.
they are fakes. all dupes are fakes. they go through US customs too. no problem with it and not illegal to purchase as long as you don’t resell them as real.
