Michele Of The Oaks true but it’s a brand that is sold in a lot of stores. Last week a brand sent her an aftershave that they sold but they didn’t make it.
Someone needs to buy grace a kitchen aid I mean, there’s celebs and influencers that just have them in their kitchen for the aesthetic but grace would actually be using every single day😂
i watch your videos religiously because I ADORE your energy. but can I say that I'm a bit drunk and suddenly your videos are now 1000000x better - that will be all
Grace: "I mean after all he is 7th for Chocolate in the WHOLE world.." Also Grace: proceeds showing a chart where Barry placed 6th Barry: am I a joke to you?
I was scrolling the comments for this specific reason!! Glad I wasn't the only one who giggled out a "huh?" I ADORE this girl, she is made from sunshine, skittles -actually Maoam pinballs & adorable clumsy puppy!
I wouldn't be shocked if they have the same cookies from other brands, I know I used to get the Somoas, from Aldi here in the States. It was their brand, and 100% tasted better. Honestly nothing special about the Girl Scout cookies now days, most people I know buy them just to help fund raise.
OMG Grace you poor soul, you didn't have to type all of this out yourself 😭There is a Bon Appetit subreddit where one person does this for most Gourmet Makes recipes, and makes a PDF, so we don't have to 😂 Those cookies are awesome btw!!
The problem with crying while tempering chocolate is that those salty tears will seize the chocolate right up. It's A tragic case of positive feedback loop.
In the USA here. Girl Scout cookies come once a year. People go crazy for them. They are divine. My two favorites are the Thin Mints and Samoas! Your Samoas looked exactly the same as the GS ones!!! I'm impressed! Lots of love!!
Omg did she just combine my two fav thing ? Her and Claire 😍 Bon Appetite is addictive . Can we talk about how the chefs has a freaking interesting personality especially Brad 🤣
Could you please leave the texts on top of the video there for a few seconds longer?! The pop up and go so fast. Impossible to read without pausing. Great vid as always. Thanks.
And then it's hard to pause as well since it's only there a split second. Half the time I can't be bothered and just miss what she added. Would love if it was there a bit longer 😊
Girl Scout cookies? trust me you can get store or brand name ones that taste a lot better. Most people I know buy them just to help fund raise, as chances are you will have someone in your family who is a scout. Or a parent brings them to work, it helps them get a badge also. I used to buy the Samoas version from Aldi here in the States, I think it was their store brand.
THIS is the content I signed up for Grace. YES. ❤️💖 BA and Grack together is one of the best things that could exist. Also next time I come ro London this year I can bring Girl Scout cookies and post them to you if you’d like. 💖
You did frickin amazing! They look store bought! Please bring out your own grackle Girl Scout cookies. I would buy them! Also could you try making Jaffa cakes? And your own twix. Seeing his chuffed you were with your carame made me chuffed too haha. Have a nice day x
Grace, you make cooking/baking look so effortless, with the ease that you navigate the kitchen with! You make me wanna get more adventurous with my cooking as well
I've had a 7 hour online seminar today and I'm kind of dead, but I saw this in my inbox and actually did a little excited scream and just had to let you know :D
Had girl scout cookies like 20+ years ago when my mum visited her friend. She knew I'd love them.... And I did! I remember the peanut butter ones were ace! She got like 5 packets but can't remember the others at all! So glad this vid was made Graks! Xx
Hi grace! I love you and your channel so much and just wanted to say that I’ve literally binged watched all your videos during this quarantine. Lol anyways love you lots 💛
GRACE YOU DID SUCH A GOOD JOB ON THESE!! The Samoas are SPOT on, the thin mints look GREAT (maybe a little thicker in America??) and the ONLy thing that seems different about the Tagalongs is that in America, the chocolate is a little less dark (but your recipe prob called for dark chocolate? idk) and there is a pretty thin layer of choc around the cookie - idk how thin yours was but I'm sure they all tasted unbelievable - excellent work
Girl, I grew up in the states and Girl Scout cookie season has always been my favorite time of the year. I moved overseas and this is the first year that I havent been able to get any. Tag-A-Longs and Thin Mints are by absolute favorite!
I was born in the USA and grew up with Girl Scout cookies but I now live in Australia where like you I can’t get them. This video has motivated me to make the Samoa coookies! I loved the chewy caramel and the coconut (and I’m not a huge coconut fan). I have to say Arnotts’ mint slices are better that thin mints.
Heads up you can make cake flour yourself by getting a cup of plain flour, remove two tablespoons of that and replace it with two tablespoons of corn flour! :) I make this all the time because it really makes my cakes fluffy and moist!!
Omg I hope Claire (from the bon appetite test kitchen) sees this! I feel like she would love you and really appreciate that someone actually made one of her gourmet makes recipes!
Hello from Maryland, USA. I watch you all the time and love your videos. You nailed the Girl Scout cookies! Im a fellow baker and love Thin Mints and many other GS cookies. I'm definitely going to try these copy cat recipes. BTW...thin mints in the freezer..delish!!!
If you don't have a mixer and need to pour something in while mixing (like with the peanut butter mix) roll up a damp tea towel into a log and arrange it in a kind of circle to place the bowl on, it helps stop the bowl moving around
You can get similar cookies (biscuits) from Keebler. They are probably expensive to get shipped to England, but Samoas are called Coconut Dreams and Thin Mints are called Grasshoppers. Tagalongs are harder to find, but try peanut butter fudge or the Keebler JIF peanut butter cookies (apparently they are extremely hard to find).
When I run across a recipe that uses grams (which happens a lot), I just use an online converter to convert them to either cups or tablespoons (or even teaspoons). And those converters can reverse it and convert cups, ounces, and tablespoons (or even teaspoons) to grams. I don't worry too much about it when I'm cooking but when baking, I know the amounts need to be accurate. You picked my three favorite Girl Scout cookies!
