I am sure you heard this before but you could be a low 90's guy with your build. You do not hold your torque = properly hip hinge into front leg block thus causing proper hip/shoulder separation. simply put your back leg collapses - its painfully obvious. both your linear and rotational energy is leaked before you block. not trying to be that guy but other than that you look good.
