This technical from the latest season of The Great British Bake Off was so fun to make! You can probably tell I am very new to this style of bread making, but I think they turned out pretty good, and I will definitely be trying this recipe again.

In the printed recipe, Step 6 says to put the dough in the fridge, but then Step 9 says remove the dough from the freezer. I assume this is a typo and should say fridge? Just wanting to make sure I'm not messing up by putting the dough in the wrong place to cool

I put them in the fridge, but if you want it to cool faster, you can try the freezer. Hopefully this helps :)
