I tried running a drunk Mario Kart tournament. It was insane. 

The highlight of the tournament for me was watching Mango chug a beer in 6 seconds and then proceeded to watch me take over 30 seconds and said “that was cute”

The commentary by Joey and Connor was the highlight of this stream for me

As an avid beeriokart player, I think it was a huge oversight not filming the contestants struggling to chug beers otherwise we're just watching normal mario kart. I saw you streaming this and got excited then pretty much immediately clicked away when I realized the racers weren't being filmed

Honestly, I think the best part of the event was all the different combinations of commentators! All sorts of different styles clashing together, with most people having little to no experience with commentary; it made for some very unique interactions.

I expected way more from myself, but I’m happy to have at least finished in the first place, thank you for the beer! 🙏🏼

Never felt such pure shock seeing AttackingTucans be a part of this! I had no clue he was a part of this RU-vid circle, it’s great to see him!

I know he wasn't featured much during the video, but it's really cool to see AttackingTucans in this event and with all these people, he's one of the ogs and it's cool to see him attend events like this.

It’s insane seeing Troy and Tyler in here, both of the a such major parts of my childhood so it’s nice to see them here

Ludwig is actually so smart. Usually the forfeit would be just loser shouts out the winner on their podcast. But he twisted it around and said that the loser should record a shout out for the winner on their podcast which is actually considerably better for exposure on the winner's podcast - Trash Taste which like he said, has a larger audience. This way, losing actually became much more preferable for Ludwig than if it was the former.

Please do another, and please bring back Troy. I was so excited when I saw his name mentioned, but he got so little screentime that I walked away slightly sad.

It’s so awesome seeing Ted with Connor and Joey in the same event. If only Schlatt or Slimecicle could make it, that would’ve been interesting.

This was such a huge event, big props! Kinda sad though that the epic commentary from Ted & Connor and from Connor & Joey didn't make the cut.

I watched this event live it was absolutely fantastic. The casters swapping around between matches made for so many fun perspectives and kept it all so much more engaging. All in all I would absolutely Love more stuff like this.

I'd love to see another one, and I think Mango needs to come back. But he has to be on hard mode. Like he has to finish 2 beers for everyone else's 1. He chugs fast, and can drink non-stop and stay sober. He needs to be nerfed.

I'm absolutely amazed to realize AttackingTucans was in this event, I remember looking at their versus series so so long ago. Mario galaxy, sunshine, luigi's mansion, sonic generations... etc. Reading his name was so nostalgic haha

Very cool to see this game being played on RU-vid. My friends and I play a version of this all the time. We changed Full beers to half beers (just so we can go longer, since we do an All Cup Tour Typically) and removed the requirement that you come to a complete stop. We found that when the complete stop rule is implemented, the optimal strategy is just always to chug at the start line. Without the stop requirement, there are more strategies that work. Since we play Double Dash as well, we call it Mario Kart: Drunk Driver instead since it acronyms out to MKDD as well.

Play this at uni, a few rules we initiated to spice it up a bit. 1. Can’t drink on lap one 2. You can’t consume all of your drink on one lap. E.g you have to drink on both laps 2 and 3, it makes the game substantially more interesting as you initiate a bit of strategy
