5:52 Fun fact about sharks: shark attacks are just accidents, sharks do not mean to attack people and only attack people because they mistake them as the food they eat. Even lemon sharks actually will have favorite divers and will get jealous when their favorite diver shows attention to another shark

Fun fact about sharks: Sharks are color blind, so they mistake us as sea lions due to color failure and if you splash around it just makes them think of you as a sea lion even more.

Now I will be honest some of these, in the moment would probably freak me out, but I don’t necessarily have a fear of them, HOWEVER when it comes to trypophobia I don’t even have to see it for my heart to start racing because I’m terrified. I just can’t- too many holes together just no. The main ones that get me are the ones on a leg or hand or foot but the other ones don’t really get me that much however when Lauren said that the holes/bubbles in the can were weird now I agreed bc it was unsettling for me too 😭😭😭😭

As soon as I heard her say trypophobia, I immediately skipped and almost screamed at that part! I have an intensely extreme fear of holes. Same as the eyes, smiling, watching, and the man in the ocean. As soon as I see his eyes I literally scream and hide. I don’t know why I am scared of so many things! I think one I know I definitely do have is Scopophobia. I hate feeling like I'm being watched. It's why I hate the idea of showing a new coworker how to do our job cause I hate being watched while I work. I also get goosebumps at the thought of walking by houses and I see people's blinds down except a small opened hole in the middle indicating that someone has lifted that portion of the blinds to watch me!

Phobia by definition means ‘Irrational fear’. A phobia of spiders means you freak out seeing any spiders or even pictures of spiders that you must escape the vicinity by a significant amount. A rational fear of spiders is avoiding any unknown or known dangerous spider types and either leaving the area or finding alternative means, calmly, to remove the spider.

I definitely have a fear of anything deep water related (the fear of deep water, fear of sharks, fear of large objects in water, and even fear of underwater animatronics). I also have a fear of holes but specifically on skin as well as tears on the wrist or back of the knee. I also have the fear of space. The other ones bother me slightly but aren’t enough to trigger anything

A lot of people in the comments are saying, “I have __phobia, and I get *small* anxiety.” A phobia is when you get EXTREME fear or anxiety, but there are some cases in which they don’t feel as scared. I have Glossophobia: Fear of public speaking I get dizzy, it’s hard to breathe, and I feel like passing out. ⚠️ THIS ISN’T MEANT TO OFFEND ANYONE IN ANYWAY!!!

Watching these kind of videos is my favorite thing ever. I love watching animated videos of phobias, and each section in this video was just amazing. None of it really made me uncomfortable or scared either, it's just so much fun.

5:05 I actually have that phobia, but it doesn’t necessarily cause me panic it just makes me disgusted and like want to run away from it. I never look at those things because it’s so disgusting. I also have other phobias, like the lassophobia. And many other phobias.

I definitely have thalassophobia, videos/images of specifically being first person under deep water give me this like visceral feeling where it's harder to breath than normal. Another one I definitely have but that wasn't mentioned here is emetophobia, fear of vomiting. Whenever I hear my cats make that gagging noise I immediately cover my ears and run the other direction. My entire brain shuts off and goes into fight or flight.

I would always think there would be a snake and one time i opened the lid and there was a TAIL (I live in England so no idea why) and it MOVED and I screamed really loud and called my mum mad she flushed it but OH MY GOSH it was HORRIBLE!!!! So basically there was a massive lizard in my toilet. Good times.

I was reacting the exact same way as Lauren with the fear of holes. I’ve also had a fear of deep waters because when your down there you hear things and I don’t like that, mainly because when I was really young I went to a boat museum of a boat that crashed, and they played music and I HATED it
