I TRIED TANGLE TEEZER FOR 1 MONTH... 

I used a Tangle Teezer for an entire month and really wanted to spill the tea.
The first week was a little s c a r y. There's definitely a technique to using this thang. I didn't know that technique l o l but figured it out sooner than later.
The second week using it, I figured out that it was PERFECT for deep cleaning your scalp. The bristles are super fine and soft...not abrasive at all. So my scalp wasn't snatched clean off my head.
Shampoo + a tangle teezer is literally a match made in heaven for me, especially after using a butter or heavier product that might've built up on the old scalp.
By the third and 4th week, I started to realize a "change" in my hair. If this was like 2004 I would have been king of my elementary school's hallways...because them waves were SPINNING.
As my hair became more and more detangled, the curls coalesced and pretty much formed waves. That was pretty dope. Didn't expect that.
All in all had an overall good experience (minus the frizz, which was a bummer) with the teezer on my natural hair. Type 4 ain't always the easiest to detangle so I'm pleasantly surprised.
I'd say, still, that I'll only be using this maybe once a month and mostly to serve my scalp because my hair strands are too fine for alladat. Finger detangling remains my most gentle method of separating hair strands.
