I TRIED THE WOLF CUT.. FINALLY BIG CHOPPING MY NATURAL HAIR 🥲 

I appreciate all the suggestions and tips, but the entire point of the video was the WOLF CUT & I even went a little further and cut off most the straight ends. If you haven’t been following my damage story, please withhold your comments and catch up. I will cut my hair when I am ready to cut it... or maybe never. Either way it’s my hair and it’s not effecting anyone. Thanks for the concerns 🤍

I think you should cut the rest of the damaged pieces off.. but overall, it came out cute!

people make big chopping too damn big of a deal when it’s really not that deep. it’s so refreshing to see someone do what’s comfortable for them instead of what everyone else says they should do. i cut little by little and regrew my hair 17 inches in a year so regrowing hair can be done with our without a big chop! your hair looks absolutely beautiful sis you did an amazing job! 😍

You should put rollers on the heat damage parts to match your curls , until you cut it or it grows out it’ll make it look like you don’t have heat damage .

If anything her hair is growing faster with the dead ends ! Normalize people doing things at their own time. This was a big step for her & it’s still giving very much baddie vibes !

I think the shape is really nice on you. I get the issue with the damage. It’s going to be a milestone when you get it all cut off, but do what you feel comfortable with. It’s your head.

Cut the ends at the bottom/back ! It will look more full and fluffy ! Love the shape in the front tho, it frames your face well!

When using the ponytail method you’re supposed to cut above the rubber band. The rubber band is there to know how much you’re cutting off also it helps keep the cut off hair together instead of falling all over the place. 😊

Hair looks sooo much better with the shape and you were right, it didn't matter about cutting alot off the front cause it was damaged, I'm about to cut mine now cause my hair just falls straight down my curls don't give my hair the shape and volume I want

You should try a diva cut. It’ll give your hair some real shape and volume. I like the layers that the wolf cut gave you it’s flattering to your face.

I did this cut anddddd I went from bra strap length to a bob 😂😂 the layers were just not hitting for me so I just kept cutting till it was even enough 😂 on a happier note it’s really growing but I miss my length 🥲

Cut all of the straight hair off n definitely cut the back piece shorter it will look so much better it already do😍

I spent like 5 years growing out this type of cut from my hair to have single length hair, only for it to come back in style, I am salty. If you wear your natural hair curly all the time, or most of the time you should absolutely cut those stringy bits off, the whole thing will look way better and will look more even. Looks really good in the end.

I’ve cut my hair so many times and the area where her pattern is looser is the same as my problem area and it just grows like that so it’s no fixing it really

Get u some pearly braid out glaze probably the best gel I use. And your pattern looks super similar to mine when I was transitioning. If my hair was ur length this would def be my go to cut too! Came out super cute!

id say just cut all the damage out bc youd still have a nice curl look. once ends in the back which are loner than all other parts and damage up top is gone. you could wear the curly bang look too..your hair is very nice

If you'd cut off the straight pieces that frame your face, it would look SO much better and you can gradually get rid of the rest.

You should try olaplex. Do some cute braided styles while you do it too. Try the shampoo and conditioner. And their leave in and oil. Put the leave in and oil not much at all, focus on your ends, and braid your hair up. I thought my hair would never recover but surely enough it did. Avoid oils especially if you live in places like California where there is such dry heat. When using oils here because there isn't any waters I the air it will do the opposite and dry it out. Where as somewhere on the east there is lots of moisture/humidity to draw that water into your hair.

I cut loads of damage hair at christmas and it has grown back and more now. Im going to do a mini cut again in a moment and will be doing this method. I agree its just hair and since ive been cutting loads off its been growing so beautifully.
