I once lost a bet and had to eat these noodles... Immediately felt like my brain was trying to escape from my ears and hiccups from the strength of the spice. I've never tasted anything so hot in my life. I've also witness a Korean guy adding extra spice to them.

Whenever I see Eddie's videos, I see how much he worked day and night and made a very great effort and patience to achieve his dreams and they were always persistent in his dreams. I read his amazing book and learned a lot from him. Eddie is always an inspiration to me and to all people. I am very proud of me that I have known this legend since 2015 and have followed him and learned a lot from him. For me, he is like a brother or more. And it originated in Portugal, and then made its way to be a famous dish from Goa in india, which also has a very large population of Portuguese people, as if you're Indian you can vouch for that. Also im Portuguese and have many indian Portuguese speaking friends.

I shared some Samyang Buldak 2x spicy ramen with a friend shortly after finding it at a local supermarket and he reacted pretty much the same way lol. If you follow the instructions on the package you cook off a lot of the spice, but if you cook it like normal ramen and add the sauce right before eating you're in for a world of hurt

I love spicy food, so I bought some packets of instant shin ramyun noodle soup and while making them my eyes started to water lol. Still great noodles though, a little chewier than ramen which I realy liked

Well one tip I can give you, Is not to drink water after spicy food, because the capsaicin is getting spread through the mouth and throat (because it’s nonpolar, it doesn’t dissolve in water), so you experience it as getting hotter and hotter.. capsaicin dissolves in fatty stuff, like full milk or butter, or heavy icecream
