It's honestly pretty impressive that you managed to make a working game inside of what is essentially a glorified animation program. However, there doesn't appear to be an end script. When the dino hits a cacti, the death sound plays, but the game still continues to run, as there is no code end cap (The red code bubbles) Apart from that, great job. (Sorry for the long comment.)

I remember being in school when I was in year 1 (or 1st grade) using scratch jr and I literally had no clue what I was doing XD But now I use scratch quite a lot now so things have definitely changed for the best :D

7 years old? What's the target audience for regular Scratch? At 9 I was learning Ruby to program in RPG Maker, so I though Scratch Jr. would be for 3-4 years.
