I actually appreciate someone just saying what they really think about the products. Like said everybodies skin is different. I bought some viral products who really worked and some that were a total fail for me :)
As a 16 y/o with normal to oily skin, the COSRX snail mucin and the BOJ glow serum are very wonderful for my complexion. If you have similar skin to me, take this video with a grain of salt because what works for a 40 y/o woman with dry skin won’t work as well for a young person with oily skin and vice versa.
@@nikaa2282 You’re obviously an alien who uses TikTok to integrate to human society. Because you must have learned something wrong. Teens often require skincare, some more heavily than others. Clearly you’ve never been a teen yourself. Go back to your UFO.
@@ninanina4799this is an old comment, but for my dry skin it has a very smoothing, soft feel to it. It may be a little bit too hydrating for oily skin, and also can be irritating for sensitive skin due to the fermented ingredients.
Because the products contain preservatives, bacterial introduction is not possible. Organic products are a different breed, as they cannot include a preservative, bacterial growth is highly likely.
@@chrissymoss514 I would imagine the preservatives help fight against existing bacteria in the formula but not added bacteria over time from contamination?
I have no issues with the toners you featured applying it through my palms. I do all of my toners through my palms as soaking it in the cotton pads, you significantly waste it.
I was also surprised that anua toner was so popular, for my dry skin even 3 layers of it is not enough for a hydration. But! Once I used it for soothing redness on my cheeks as a toner pad and it works wonders, I think after I will use it up I will buy a pad version cause it’s good for calming my skin.
That's what I do! using toner as a cute sheet mask! Anua toner pad also not recommend if you're dry skin. Mediheal toner pad much softer! will put more toner pads on my next video. Thanks for sharing
The air in the americas is much more dry. That's why the anua toner and rice toner are really popular, because they add an extra step of hydration. in korea i noticed creams are more popular, but in the west they hate using creams for some reason and prefer gel moisturizers, so that also makes the dryness worse.
Thank you so much for this video, I’m just starting to build my skincare. I’ve been so confused in what to buy and which brands to buy. You have been so very informative.
Thank you very much for your honest review. I tried almost all of these products after watching so many other youtubers…. just wish that I came across this video of yours earlier! Subscribed your channel ❤!
Hello love💕 Welcome! No problem still never too late. Olive Young Top10 video will be helpful for you as well! Gotta keep more brutal reviews so can help u!😊
I like how the serum full of natural extracts (that contain dozens of different molecules) is advertised as "only 4 ingredients, simple is the best!" )))
I tried the rice toner. It has a kind of vanilla smell idk if m the only one but but it is moisturizing, and gives my face a glow. I cannot compare this to other toners since it was my first. Will see!
Omg i took your makeup class a few weeks ago when i was visiting Korea!! Your video randomly appeared on my explore page… still using your advice since the class😊
I tried Cosrx Snail Mucin 7-8 years ago. I didn’t see any improvement on my skin. I also don’t like the texture as it is too viscous and not easy to apply on skin. So I think it is an overhyped product. Isntree is my new favourite brand. It has a lot of good products. You can try to explore it.
May be try cosrx two in one poreless power liquid. This product helped me with my pores. I’m using other cosrx products but I’m not sure whether they are really helping or not. I got oily skin and got pigmentation a few years ago.
For toners: don't pour it down your face, don't put it on a cotton pad. Just tip into the palm of your hand, let it make a small pool, gently clap your other hand onto it, rub and gently tap all over your face and neck. I've never seen anybody apply toner the way you did in this video, I found it really amusing. 😄👍
Absolutely love love loved this video!!💖 It was super helpful, I’m literally going to bling watch all video from your channel at this moment! 😂 Also, I’ve been wanting to buy Biore SPF but the second ingredient is ‘alcohol’, is it going to be safe for sensitive acne prone skin? Pls do let me know 🥰
Welcome love! I used in the class which means most people feel OK. Smells bit alcohol but even better for acne prone skin cos it feels cooler on your face. Very careful to recommend in online, but think will be ok to try : )
8:26 hiii, I’m mixed (Caucasian and native American), have thin to regular skin and the I’m From rice toner works just fine on my night routine (btw, I’m 21, have normal skin and a currently controlled hormonal acne)… The Cosrx snail mucin essence works amazingly for me (I listen a lot that the ancient Greeks and Romans used it to wound healing, and that’s definitely how it helps me the most). However, I don’t like the essence texture… But I absolutely love their snail cream! Does the same wound healing things that the essence does but, for my taste, the texture is 200% better! Once I run out of that I’ll replace it for the cream (I think I went trough 3 bottles of that moisturizer 😂)!
Hi! I have the same skin type as you, normal to dry skin and I easily get redness from being exposed to heat like the sun. I'm a teenager, and I've been wanting to try the Skin1004 (Centella) foam cleanser and ampoule. I love how honest you are with your reviews, and I was wondering if you could give me your honest reviews on all of the Skin1004 products as well.
Hello! Wow what an amazing teenager! I didn’t even know my skin type when I was your age. A round of applause for taking care of your skin🫶🏼 Skin1004 cleansing foam I checked ingredients, very mild and never dry out ur skin so will no problem for you. The ampoule is better for oily skin so for u, better to go with Etude moisturizer I recommend in other TikTok video. Check that out😊
Thank you for the point out! I was trying to get it very close to show you the texture that touches the skin. Agree that it was not professional for that part🥲 I didn't do this in part 2, so don't worry. I'll be more careful😊
I am actually surprised there was no snail mucin products! I thought it was a staple in Korean so that’s why I bought it but I guess it became more hyped in the west
Hello love! Check out 'The best Korean Skincare' video and try from Set 2. I divided skincare routine depending on season and your skin type. Start from Set 2 and feeling dry or getting winter, change to Set 3. Hope it helps!
@CYounginyou no worries! I did the same, it works like hyaluronic acid basically, I love it now, after I flushed my face with water on wet skin I tap that in and my skin thanks me for it! Hope you end up loving it 🫶🏽
Hiii!! I love this video, i personally love all the boj products since they’re gentle on my skin. do you have any recommendations for an acne prone teenager 😅😅 thanks sooo much! ❤
I love my melody too! Your profile pic😆 for teens, Anua toner will be great since it’s not too heavy. Gotta update part 2 this week and will inform which product better for teens😊
I'm testing together but didn't put on this video because it was getting tooo long. pretty good so far. Never heard about that brand here in KR, but impressive enough. Def I'll put at part 2. Thank u for the comment
Hello love💕 Please check it out ‘Teen skincare routine’ video since I post this for not only teens but also sensitive skin girlies😍 It’s this! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tpnh8eIbRdY.htmlsi=KMvS2EIDuHWnZTq_
boj sunscreen irritates my sensitive skin, roundlab and skin1004 works for me. i love your honest reviews, please do reviews on your favorite moisturizer I am struggling with acne, i have used soon jung, aestura, illiyoon, cosrx, somebymi, before but it doesnt work
Hello love!💕sorry Boj doesn’t work for you. But it’s good you found good one! I’ll upload video about skincare recommendations for acne prone skin this week so you can check that out😊
@@CYounginyou I am wondering if I can use Round lab birch cream or The Lab cream, which is best for sensitive skin? What do you think for sensitive skin fungal acne safe. For now I am using Cosrx snail cream because it does not irritates my sensitive skin but it is not enough to moisturize.
Any recommendations for someone who has sensitive oily dehydrated acne prone skin who is 32? Having a hard time finding skincare to help with my skin, it feels tight yet has an oily shine to it sooo 😅
Welcome love!💕 Everything I mentioned in this video works for your skin too! I did class yesterday with African skin and checked those sunscreens no whitecast on brown skin too! I put skincare routine video so check that out as well!😍
My skin is super dry. My age 25. If I use any serum and night cream, my face will be fair and the dryness of my face will go away and I will have glass skin like Koreans. Please suggest me.
Hii!! I have the same skin type as you, normal to dry skin and I easily get irritate when I use sunscreen and it gives white cast on my skin.I’m a teenager 😅 and I’m willing to buy BOJ sunscreen and is it Gud for dry skin? And first time I’m watching ur vid it was amazing and your skin is so glowing I like it❤😊
Welcome love! ❤️Sunscreen is so personal so I cannot guarantee, since Korean sunscreens are overall well made and less irritating than usual western brands, so give it a try😊
Will you please review the goodal vegan rice milk toner and torriden dive in serum? Will they be suitable for dry skin. And also comparison between numbuzin no. 3 toner and goodal vegan rice milk
Toner and serum is too light for fading lines. Those are more for moisturizing skin. Vaseline can help fading lines, you can check my video about Vaseline🤗
I’m more to normal skin, only dry at winter time. Then go with preference. If you like light texture, go to Anua, prefer milky texture, go with Numbuzin : )
Hello love💕 The last video titled ‘The Best Korean skincare’ everything u wanted I put there. U can check set 3 for dry skin🥰I did Product recommendations depending on your skin type/season. Please check that out😆
The Numbuzn No3 Toner works great for my skin .. i bought the small bottle to test it but now im buying the larger bottle .. it is one of the product to give me glass type skin
I really enjoy your videos, thank you for that! I big fun of korean skin products, they are so gentle and helps me a lot to my sensitive, kombination, skin but sometime there is too much products and i don't know which one to take, it would take me all life to try them 😂. Can you tell me the name of the serum vegan version. Best wishes from Germany.
It’s so funny how skincare sits so differently based on the individual. I have normal to dry skin too, and the Biore sunscreen is not the most moisturizing on me. I find the Skin1004 sunscreen way more moisturizing. I love both. But I actually like Biore for summer because it’s water resistant and I also use for reapplication. It has alcohol in it, and you can definitely smell it when you first apply. I live in a humid climate so I don’t mind the alcohol. It’s lightweight on me and dried down quickly due to the alcohol. I enjoy Skin1004 in the wintertime. My new favorite is the Numbuzin sunscreen though.
Tysm for sharing! Totally agree that Biore is super lightweight and amazing for summer, I think that's why always sweaty my husband love the most. It's great idea for reapplication cos it's soo light. For me, I do make up classes so feeling light is one of the most important thing so I didn't expect that many people mention about alcohol smell. Maybe I'm so OK with alcohol😂
I think for you, gotta go with product for ‘sensitive skin’ - careful to recommend online, but I’m uploading a new video of this Part2 I put moisturizer for all family member can use(even babies) u can try that out!😊
I’m curious, how long have you use these products before this review?? Also you shouldn’t touch the dropper to your face because you’re introducing bacteria into the bottle.
I start testing viral products after opening this channel. So it’s Nov 2023, so used for about 4-5months! Will add this comment at the next video. Thank you for suggesting🤗 Also will be more careful about dropper!
I want yo buy those but im on a budget actually so im just going to get like 5 of those products cause i have a lot of breakouts rn and my face is not good and i will get this on my bday wish list
@@CYounginyou Thank you❤❤ for replying. I would like you to try drsheths vitamin c sunscreen and dot and key sunscreen. ।f it is possible then plss make a review on it. ।b/w I have discovered u recently and u are such a gem in skincare lots of love from india❤❤❤❤
Iam 19 and i have dry skin plus high pigments around my nose mouth eyes and is thinking of buying the crosx vitamin c serum she mentioned here in the vid will it be okay?? Plz reply if not okay what shall i use
All sunscreens I mentioned are SPF 50+ PA++++ oily skin no problem! For some amount of sweat is ok, but if you’ll do a lot of swimming or more water resistant products are better find sunscreen for sports(Biore has option for that)
