Attempting to correct how I did my splits back in my wushu taolu days.
It has been many years since my wushu Kung fu days, and I want to share with you how I tried to approach the front splits on my left and right side.

My Front Split Stretching Routine
3 times a week, 1 minute each set, 15 minutes total
Straddle stretch
Left hamstring stretch set 1
Right hamstring stretch set 1
Left hamstring stretch set 2
Right hamstring stretch set 2
Left quad / hip flexor stretch set 1
Right quad / hip flexor stretch set 1
Left quad / hip flexor stretch set 2
