finally someone proved that these one day split video are bs :D anyway, would be awesome to see like 1 or 3 months progress. Pro tip: don't overdo stretching, otherwise you won't be able to stretch for several days

@@brandyhess937 really? It's not something you can "learn" actually, it's something you need to practice. If you're flexible, well you then can do splits. Learning how to spread your legs is not that hard :D

I’ll give it a go! This annihilated my hamstrings and they’re still out of stretchy action for now but I’ll try and do a 3 or 6 month progression style thing at some point
