That's exactly what I was thinking. I keep my tortoise on a leash for similar reasons. I'm not sure if it's specifically a chicken harness but it reminds me of the ones used for lizards such as beardies. Remember seeing a harness a few years ago that had straps and tiny wings on the back.

I hatched a chick like this a year ago. She is so spunky and healthy! Surprisingly, she’s the biggest rebel out of the flock, but I attribute that to her being so comfortable with me. In the early years of secondary school, I lived near a religious family with seven children that my brother and I would get a lift from to go to school. When each reached a certain age, their parents would give them a chicken to take care of. The kids were so good to those birds that the chickies would present themselves for cuddles and hugs. It was so cute and a strange contrast to the very analytical way in which my own family raised free range egg and broiler chickens. The simple difference in how a lifeform is raised can dramatically change them from isolationists to affectionate pets.

Once, I had a huge white rooster tamed like that, called Asprulli, when I was a small kid. Eventually we put it in the garden with the hens but it never lost its fondness of me. Great job raising her... Please keep her on a lease, I am a wild bird rehabilitator with 20 + years of experience with wild as well as domestic birds, especially fowl... There are many predators out there and chickens are easy prey especially a hawk it will be quick and you will not be able to intervene I had others tell me the horror stories and I bended many injured hens from predators... So please heed my advice... Take care with your beautiful Mile... much love❤❤❤
Chickens are the most funny birds on earth! I had one chick who would NOT stop getting into the water plate. My cat warmed, Skippy, the wet chick, up 3 different times. Skippy's growth was stunted but boy she was one tough bird. She was the boss of the yard. She had 2nd in command named Finger Lickin Chicken, Finger for short. Finger kept all of the grass down around the edges of the house. Skippy would call out to her and she would come running! Skippy would be scolding the rooster and finger would back her up but give a gentle cluck as if the rooster might cry! 😂 I still think something was wrong with that rooster. He would snuggle his head into my arm when I picked him up to do my daily health checks. Good times!❤

I lived at my mom's and a chicken showed up at my front porch beat up. Took her in she was my best buddy..I now live in the country and have a full flock with rooster. I love my chickens so much. I have had to bring a few inside for tlc. They are wonderful birds

Beautiful animal. But no chicken should live alone. They are suoer social and need ro constantly talk to each other, they love to cuddle up to each other etc Chickens are absolutely group animals and need at least 1 other of their kind so she can be truly happy. She deserves all the happiness in the world. And I promise, she will still be sweet, cute and cuddly!!
I was thinking the same thing. Chickens are meant to live in flocks. At the very least 3 of them together. They are very social birds. They can actually get depressed if they live solo, even with a human companion.

I have a rooster and his name is Miracle. He wasn't properly hatched by the mother hen. I almost threw the cracked egg whenI heard a chirp. I immediately 0laced the egg in small basin with a lot of cloth and placed it behind our fridge. Now, he is 1 year and 4 months. A lot of people were asking for his price but my answer is always No. He is my Miracle!

" (2 Timothy 2:19) "For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works." (Titus 2:11-14) "For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again." (2 Corinthians 5:14-15) "But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.” And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear." (1 Peter 1:15-17) “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9) *That was the Gospel message. *Do you believe you're a good person? If so, then have you ever lied, stolen, cursed, committed adultery, or even murder? If the answer is YES, then you have sinned.* According to the Bible, sin is lawlessness. (1 John 3:4) In other words, you broke God’s law and you are His enemy. God’s enemies end up in Hell, which is a place where there is outer darkness, weeping and gnashing of teeth, and torment that goes on forever with no rest. (Matthew 25:30, Matthew 25:31-36, 2 Thessalonians 1:5-10, Revelation 14:11) Anybody that ends up in Hell will NOT have a second chance after the judgment. (Hebrews 9:27) *Does that concern you?* You might be thinking, “I haven’t murdered anyone or committed any of the bigger sins worthy of hell.” Well, let’s see about that. Did you know that having hatred towards someone like your own brother or sister makes you a murderer at heart? (Matthew 5:21-22 and 1 John 3:15) If you ever looked at a person that you are not married to with lust (sexual desire), then you have already committed adultery with them in your heart. (Matthew 5:27-28) If you have ever said, "Oh my God," or "Jesus Christ," to express frustration or annoyance, then you have used the Lord's name in vain and used it in place of a curse word. That is called “blasphemy.” You wouldn't use your loved one's name as a curse word, would you? By saying His name in place of a curse word, you have insulted your creator. He has given you life, eyes to see, ears to hear, and taste buds for food. *If you have committed ANY one of these sins, then you are destined to go to hell. Do you know what God did for guilty sinners, so that they wouldn’t end up in hell?* *We have all sinned. (Romans 3:23) So, God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross to bear our sins. He was buried in a tomb and rose on the third day. (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) He showed His love toward us by dying for us while we were still sinners (His enemies) so that He could redeem us. God's wrath is on those who remain in their sins and do not believe in His Son, Jesus Christ. We all deserve to be sent to hell. However, Jesus made a way for us to be free from our sins and now wants us to live a different life. If you TRULY BELIEVE in Jesus Christ and what He has done for you, then you must repent (turn away from your sins and forsake them), be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (born again by water and Spirit), and live for Him with the help of His Holy Spirit, which will help you live a godly/holy life on this Earth. We live as saints (not sinners) to show our gratitude for the love He has shown to us by taking up the cross. We must have faith (believe/trust) in Jesus Christ, and by the grace of God, it will lead us to salvation. Also, FEAR GOD to stay away from evil and the things that would otherwise morally corrupt us, and continue to faithfully and obediently follow the Lord to the end (Hebrews 5:9)* "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." (Proverbs 1:7) “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ ” (Matthew 7:21-23) "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God."
