Actually there are some brands that u can use that are one coat and fully opaque. Kl polish is one. Some colors I have I only need one coat.

As a nail technician I would just like to say that your nails should be the exact same. If they are paper thin it’s either from picking them off (thin layers pull off with the enhancement) or from your nail technician over filing your natural nail during prep. If this is the case, you should really consider seeing a more educated nail tech. Your natural just needs to be lightly buffed to remove shine and any oils, they should not be filed. Don’t let any nail tech tell you that’s the price of wanting nails because this is FALSE, they are just not properly educated.

Diana Guerra yep.. Generally speaking, those cheap salons you want to avoid, if you care about not getting a staph or fungal infection or damaged nails that it is. Of course there are uneducated people charging lots too, so doing your research is your best bet.
