I've always admired RU-vidrs who go out in public and film without a care in the world. Proud of you Queen. PS - I’m from the UK and we don’t have cornbread. So when I had the chance to try it in Mexico earlier in the year, guuuuuurrrrl, I ate a whole damn corn field of that stuff, it was INSANELY GOOD!
My grandma would make killer corn bread in mexico oaxaca. It was 100% natural and you could see the corn. I would help grandpa pick out the corn and with the grinder. They have a dutch oven but i recently heard they don't make as much bread anymore.

They are so expensive. It's like 15-20 bucks for a semi decent sized meal for 1 person at the buffet. Their bbq chicken pizza is amazing. And honestly cannot stand society, thinking that you would record them, like no one is worried them. This world is so obnoxious and you have to explain yourself to everyone and baby people. The mac and cheese is amazing unless....you come when it has dried out and the employee comes out and pour milk in it and stirs it up - then it is disgusting until it dried out a bit again. I agree though - when it is good, it is the best!

The difference between the two interactions Timmy had: 1) The first person had a bad vibe, was self-centered, and was accusatory, interrupting his filming and making him flustered. 2) The second interaction was the couple who approached after he was done, they had good vibes and were polite, asking for his input and recommendations.
I get that lady’s point of view though. As someone who doesn’t film themself in public, I would feel awkward/uncomfortable if someone had a camera that looked like it might be pointing at me while I was eating. That may sound irrational, but I think she set it up perfectly. She made it a her problem and said that it was because of a bad hair day or whatever she might have made up. I would say something like that in that situation too as to not sound rude. While you may respect other people’s wishes and not include them in the background, many other influencers that film in public tend to leave background people in. Plus, you never know what someone’s true intentions are for filming. I think her concern was valid, and unless she said something actually rude, I don’t think she was being mean at all. The comments are just tearing her apart and I felt like I understood her, that’s all 😅sorry if she was actually being rude. Being a people is hard 😂😅
Her concerns were absolutely valid. I couldn’t have said it better myself. Plenty of people don’t care if others are caught in their videos and a lot of people are filmed for malicious reason. I’m genuinely disappointed in those commenters because the comment section is usually very nice and uplifting but I guess only to a certain degree. The comments are definitely more mean than what they’re trying to make the lady out to be.
absolutely, and people DO film people for the express purpose of making fun of them. Obviously, we know Timmy isn't doing that, but it's a valid concern. People want to talk about social anxiety, but too many of these commenters are failing to recognize that she is likely feeling some of that, too. Timmy isn't the only person with anxieties.
I totally understood her, the first thing that would come to my mind is sex trafficking if some random man was filming me. We all know Timmy meant no harm and is doing his thing but there's some real creeps out there..

I think maybe the lady was having anxiety about being filmed they are many that is very self conscious about that . They are some people that had filmed some and uploaded on their platforms to make fun of their looks and clothing. its very sad how people will go out of their way to make people feel bad. They seem to be a lot in the comments saying very rude things about the lady when she wasn't rude she didn't attack she explained why she was worried about being on video she could have been a very rude loud person and caused a scene. Some people don't understand how things work in videoing she probably really just wanted to make sure. I really didn't expect to see anyone who follows you to be mean i dont think they understand she might feel alot like you do in public maybe she had just started being able to go out in public places . I just hope everyone can be more understanding and not judge and attack plus the name calling this should never be acceptable. We dont know her feelings her life history if she was to see these comments we dont know how that would affect her. All just because she asked if she was being filmed and even explained why she didn't want to be. Its sad i just didn't expect it in the comments. ❤❤❤

I can completely understand someone not wanting to be caught in someone’s filming. With the trend of people filming others without their consent and uploading it to places like TikTok, I myself feel very uncomfortable if I see someone filming in public spaces where I am. That being said, I think choosing to move to a different table was definitely good for both of you! She wouldn’t feel paranoid and you were able to film more comfortably. Don’t take things like that too personally, it’s not a you problem, it’s just some people are more sensitive about being caught on film than others and we know you never film other people but we’re just cautious like that. @@ld6103 I absolutely agree. I think those being harsh on her reaction just don’t mind ending up on someone’s photo/video but everyone is different! She sounds very sane to me being able to give that reasoning. I’m actually sensitive about being filmed for the same reasons she gave. I can see Timmy feeling uncomfortable if she kept staring at him doubtfully but there’s no reason for anyone to be mean to her normal reaction.

Then he cuts the camera with watery eyes and says he "doesnt want to upset her." as if she is an overly emotional woman. It was a simple interaction.
I'm glad I see some are feeling the same way I am she wasn't rude at all she explained herself so he would know she wasn't trying to be rude. Today many people have uploaded strangers on here just to make fun of them it's awful I really thought that everyone and Timmy would understand how she felt. Yes, I was going to say this! I would not have said anything, but I'd feel nervous and uncomfortable and leave if someone was filming nearby. People like to photograph and film people specifically to make fun of them and I think a lot of us have seen enough of that to worry.
NY or Northern cornbread is on the sweeter side. I hear that it’s frowned upon down in the south. Everybody is different, but a lot of people up here like our cornbread, sweet and our grits savory but I hear a lot of Southerners put sugar in their grits… No judgment. 😑

It’s weird that they don’t have dishes that are very healthy and well, yuppyish… you know, quinoa salad, kale this and that, grilled veggies, grilled meats, fresh cheese and fruit, chickpea blah blah blah, some sort of roasted sweet potato, tofu chili???
I am such a serious stan of Whole Foods corn bread, but I don't get it often because it is so huge. It is like cake, and like my favorite cake because I don't like frosting or too sweet. Also - I would totally leave after that interaction with the lady - I get anxious and freaked out pretty easy, so you were very brave and AMAZING!

While I agree he was clearly filming only himself, I purposely avoid a lot of public places where I live because there are a bunch of people filming others without permission. Sometimes they’ll be loudly judging strangers. So I completely understand people being nervous about the camera. It was probably a situation where both Timmy and the woman suffer from anxiety.

Your anxiety level and how you worry about people around you is exactly what happens to me it's hard for me to go out and restaurants are really bad I need to sit in a corner booth and face away from everyone so my anxiety isnt triggered I definitely try and push myself but that's awesome you go out and make videos and your doing it on your own I wanna get to that point where I can go out alone but I love your videos

I have had Whole Foods buffet many times, back when I worked in the office pre-Covid. My favorite thing was the breaded and fried tofu - vegetarian here 😀. Tons and tons of delicious options!

I had huge social anxiety before, but once I came to terms with realizing that's what I had and that it was mostly related to me worrying what other people thought of me, it helped me to get over it. I try to stop thinking so much about what other people are thinking about me and it even helps more if I think as if I'm living in a sim world and everyone else is just a character in a game. And if people look at me funny, it's just like I'm shaking up their world because I'm being different like in the movie Inception. A lot of things are mental and putting yourself in the different mindset to help cope. You have to not care what other people think and I don't mean not care in a negative way if that makes sense. I don't mean just go be rude to everyone.

There hot food smells better then it taste! The baked good &cakes, pies are bomb af. Hot food not so much 😣 I got a salad from the buffet it was like 18$ insane. Wasn’t even full to top and it wasn’t good either. Idk.
