I think they missed the point that double move chess is incredibly stanz favored they way they did it. Every other move, he gets to know what piece lud is going to move next turn, *then* choose his piece, whereas lud has to choose his piece first. Player choosing second should always win.

My favorite way to play stupid chess is every turn you can forgo your move to add a new rule that goes into place whenever the two parties agree. No two games are the same and the ways that players think to alter the rules or why those alterations are made are interesting. Like making a rule that does nothing much in practice but just makes them pay attention to pieces you want them to.

The premove one would be much better in this way : Make a super long game so time wouldn't matter and every move you wait for the other guy to confirm that he has premoved. A system can be implemented for checks such that if I check you and you're premove was blocked due to that, you lose a point. If you lose total 5 points you lose

Black moves and writes down their next move (black turn on clock) 4. Repeat Can resolve conflicts where a move is impossible(pawn blocked) by allowing to show written move and change
