He was trying to use a bug that exists in a few mods, where you regain all your bubbles the moment you breach the surface. It actually was big brain, but he's not used to playing without mods.
if you're not aware, almost all of skeppy's vids are just skits and made for laughs. at this point im surprised people still think these videos are real and not skits.
