When the chicken bone is still brown/reddish and the meat next to the bone the same color, it’s because the chicken was frozen for a while before cooking.
That was a nice looking bowl of noodles, the meat looked delicious !! I love a visit to a Chinese bakery, so many goodies to feast on !! The sesame mochi balls are on of my favorites along with anything with salted egg yolk. I was super late to the boba game, i love the coconut one with extra boba. Whenever there fried chicken on this channel, it looks good eventhough you didn't make this one. Have a good one !! ❤

Once again, it's the middle of the night in my part of Australia. Nearly 1am and not long home from work. Absolutely starving I was. I am full after watching this video! I'm full from just seeing how much you ate! That was incredible! It looked very good though. If I ever came to your part of the world, I think I'd definitely have to go there. Given everything looked so good, I don't know what I'd get! I don't like duck, so wouldn't get the duck noodles, but it would be a hard choice with everything else.

I love barbecue pork bun myself. They are delicious. You should appreciate that they put real mango in the cake and not artificial flavoured crap that a lot of western bakery use.

I think it's just how they cook the hainanese chicken to not over cook it. My dad cooks/boil chicken the same way where inside the bone is still red but the meat is juicy.
T&T West Edm location, haven't eaten there for awhile since multiple times i tried their beef brisket noodle soup as their beef broth has that soapy taste and doesn't look anything like what you're eating. The Northgate location's beef brisket soup tastes&looks greaat. Quang, can u recommend a good restaurant for taiwanese beef brisket soup or even frozen soups. A-Mart used to have a frozen package of Taiwanese Beef Brisket Soup for $6 that tastes awesome but they only make it from time to time. Thx for trying out that Papa Chicken, worried that it's too crispy and dried out compared to the H-Mart fried chicken. Were those cooked instore or somewhere else? If it was, the entire T&T should had smelled of that fried garlic flavor. Watched enough of those korean fried chicken similar to this but i don't see that giant cooker in T&T.

On your previous video. I asked if you inlaws aren't on video for a reason. Or did they go back home already. I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering cause they were fun to watch too. Chicken pink is a long brine color. Red brown orblack bone has been frozen chicken. .
