I try Drawing Anime faces to improve my art skills 

the thumb is always pointing outwards when the hand is pointing its back at the viewer (except when the arm is twisted almost 360 degrees)

otherwise i would say you draw very well, honestly your hands are good, just make sure the thumbs are at the right place
