If you go over McClure Pass and head down to Crawford, you'll find the Old Mad Dog Cafe. It was designed, built and operated by the late Joe Cocker (yeah remember Woodstock) . We always took the pass on our way to Ouray & Telluride just so we could stop in at the Cafe for a free Ice Cream Cone. Joe lived near Crawford in a very large estate called the Mad Dog Ranch. Keep on heading south down toward highway 50 and there's good fishing along the Gunnision River.

Those eggs are actually cooked and totally edible, it's essentially just a very runny poached egg. In Japan they call that "Onsen" Eggs, Onsen means hot spring. It's delicious over a bowl of rice with some soy sauce. In Japan they use those hot spring eggs as a topping over rice dishes like "Gyudon". You should try eating it next time.

@@helltown306 as long as the eggs are pasteurized they are completely fine to eat raw. Most store bought eggs in the united states are pasteurized. I eat raw egg over rice all the time, its delicious.

If you can follow this little tip. Presoaking rice in cold water before cooking speeds up the cooking process by kick-starting the absorption of water before the rice even enters the pot. ... So by soaking the rice and shortening the cooking time, you get more flavorful results . Soak for 30mins -24hrs depending on what rice you have

Fridge Tip!: Run the Dometic 15 minutes on, 30 minutes off summertime, and 30/30 or 30/45 summertime. You will save a lot of battery, since the Dometic has some insane cooling properties. It'll hold cool for a very long time without dropping any significant temperature. I've got a 12v DC timer cycle relay just connected between the outlet and the fridge.

I’m from Colorado. Go to Steamboat Springs. It’s the best place. Also, go to Strawberry Springs during the weekend after 10 pm. It’s pitch black and clothing is optional lol. But the best springs I feel in Colorado. You can jump into the freezing river and jump back into the springs. Plus Steamboat has great fly fishing spots.

Also, the top of Rabbit Ears pass, you have many side roads that you can drive up and find many secluded areas to camp free and in private. I used to do it in the back of my truck all the time.
