I think that this is the second video I've seen, where a creator was learning how to pole dance, and I have to say, it takes a real athlete to be able to accomplish what they do on those poles. What they're doing is by no means easy, or painless, and it takes a great deal of time and effort dedicated to the craft of this type of artistic outlet. Any time I watch someone who has practiced repeatedly to reach a high level of performance, such as this, it's always really impressive.

I think I’ve only ever been to a strip club once and otherwise only seen this stuff in movies and the very rare pole dancing competition clip… actually seems really hard and crazy! Reminds be of Bboy freezes and floats but on a pole with higher flexibility requirements… sick!

I remember watching sofie since I was 8, I would try to do all the tricks she did & ended up hurting myself. My mother eventually put me in gymnastics and I finally learnt the basics of gymnastics. I would always flip and flop around the house doing cartwheels and round offs and splits. But the worst day of my life came! One day in gymnastics I was doing round offs. I then fell over and popped my leg out of place. Worst day of my life.. it hurted so bad
