Nah he is one of these guys who tried to learn guitar but never been able to shred so when someone else does it it brings the jealousy to the forefront again....the guitar community is filled with those types.....

He's just very jealous, he's trying to convince himself that he doesn't want to be able to play like that because "nobody wants to listen to that". Meanwhile he just lacks the patience to get there 🤣

Personally, I think that style is not his jam, and he just expressed it in the douchiest way possible.

As a metal head, when non metal people hate on music, the example I always use is...I don’t like Justin Bieber. But millions of people do, so he objectively good. He’s impressing millions with his music. If you get results, you’re making good music. End of story. Different people like different things, you can’t argue with numbers though.. just because the douche guy doesn’t like fast guitar, doesn’t mean there aren’t millions upon millions of technical deathcore fans who do like it. You’d think as a man who was drawing portraits, he’d understand that side of art
