I turned an Artwork into a Sims 4 Build || 3in1 Magical Nook without CC || Speedbuild 

Hello there Travelers!
This time, i take you through the process of how i created a magical 3 sided nook which includes 3 functional seats, a desk and an easel. It was inspired by a beautiful artwork by the artist evergreenqueen!
It was built as a room using the Mod T.O.O.L. by Twisted Mexi.
This mod is not needed to download the build as displayed and you can place it on your finished lots!
