I Turned Chess Into A Survival Game And This Happened

Pawn = little unit, Knight = Medium Unit, Rook = LARGE UNIT Bishop = Caster, Queen And King = Stone Golems

It really is a shame it never got an update, even a bugfix for impossible to necromance corpse piles, or any more content. It's already so fun as-is, if it just had more..

It’s been so long since you’ve played this game I’m glad to see it back once again!

You know, this would be pretty nice if each piece had an ability that correlated to how it acts in chess. Like if the rooks can only move in straight lines, but 2 can link to form a wall. The knight could jump and slam from a distance. Bishops could shoot. And the Queen has the combined abilities of Rooks and Bishops. The King can teleport/trade places with a rook and has its own personal guards. Pawns can become any piece depending on how far they've traveled without dying

Pawn - Swordsman •Able to promote when an amount of captures were made. Knight - 10 Captures Bishop - 20 Captures Rook - 30 Captures Queen - 40 Captures •Basic Attack •Spinning Slash (When Low HP) Knight - Stomper (Able to pass through pieces) •Stomp •Stomp Combo (When successfully capturing a piece, another stomp is released. Up to 5 stomps) Bishop - Sniper (Able to shoot through pieces) •Charges the orb on its head to attack •Ultimate Snipe (When more than 10 enemy pieces are nearby, charges and shoots a big orb that deals damage to enemies in a path Bishop - Healer •Heals nearby pieces that are harmed •Revives dead allied pieces every 10 seconds •Super Heal (Heals up to 10 pieces when 10 or more allied pieces are harmed) Bishop - Summoner •Summons 4 pawns every 10 seconds •Summoners Wrath (Summons 10 pawns continuously when 40% or below HP) Rook - Charger •Charges to enemies in a path dealing damage and knocking them back to the sides •Charge Combo (When successfully hitting 10 pieces with a charge, does an extra charge stunning enemies in it's path) Rook - Tanker •Has physical defense •Stays on the front lines •More likely to be targeted by enemies •Extra Safety (Gains more physical defense when below 40% HP) •Guardian (Pieces or projectiles are unable to go through the rook) Queen - Offensive Mode (60% or Higher HP) •Dashes through pieces dealing damage to all the pieces in the path • Dash Combo when more than 15 enemy pieces are nearby, dashes 5 times dealing high damage to all the enemies in it's path Queen - Defensive Mode (20% or lower HP) •Stays in the middle of the group •Heals 10% of HP per 5 seconds Queen - Shooter Mode (50% - 30% HP) •Queen charges an orb from her head that is able to penetrate through pieces dealing damage to all pieces in it's path •Queens Rush (Charges a huge orb that explodes on contact stunning and splitting into 5 orbs that explodes on contact) King - Leader •Basic Attack •Swoosh (The King dashes and swirls his sword 3 times in a direction) •Shockwave (The King charges his sword to the ground releasing a shockwave that knock backs enemies) •Kings Ring (When Below 40% HP, the King stands still and turns red, turning all the damage taken into his hp •Attention (The King waves his sword in the air luring all nearby enemies to him)

You should have the pieces have special attacks accurate to there actually moves, like a bishop would have a diagonal dash attack, and a rook a horizontal/vertical dash etc.

maybe you could add levels for the pieces, like a pawn level 10 is stronger than a rook level 1 or something like that. The king level 10 would be necessary a really big army to get him. im from brazil so sorry for any mistake, im still learning english :)

Typthetically speaking, this is a knock-offish version of an old game called, "Right Click to Necromance!" If I remember correctly, it was scrapped.
