This brings me "ChallengerAndy All Gwyn's run" vibes, that filthy casual only live streams now.

I think the reason why Manus spawned in the Bed of Chaos arena while the Bed of Chaos was still there was that the actual boss is that bug thing you have to kill inside the boss and Manus may have only replaced that bug instead of the whole thing.

I thought this challenge would be easier due to the amount of souls you get but then I remembered what boss it is. Also this is a great video I was shocked to see how few subs you had

I like how this run mirrors ChallengerAndy's all Gwyn run. Gwyn is a god, but more importantly he represents the light. Manus was a human, and he represents the darkness.

25:31 Andy mentioned this in the Seath video, randomizer has some hard coded exceptions that don't get replaced and Nito skeletons are one of them.

I've seen Challenger Andy all Gwyn run seth run and Ortenstein and Smough Run but all Manus this is madness

The manus that jumped over in firelink shrine did not kill the fire keeper. When you picked up the fire keeper soul or down blightown enough, lautrec will escape his prison and kill her.

thanks to the all seath video the reason the skeletons in nito aren't changed is actually because of a hardcoded exception, meaning you *could've* had gank central there if you edited the randomizer script

This was an entertaining watch.

I remember not even realizing manus was the final boss of the DLC because I killed them first try with my mage character. It felt so underwhelming because I wiped the floor with them. Crystal soul spear will do that to ya.

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the firekeeper at firelink can never die through normal means. The only way for her to die is for Lautrec to kill her, which happens either after ringing both bells OR grabbing the fire keeper souls in undead parish and blighttown. Since you mentioned grabbing the three available fire keeper souls and didn’t mention killing lautrec early, which is the only way to stop him from killing the fire keeper, I’m pretty sure he actually killed her and the Manus being down there was just a coincidence. Great video tho!

The reason the four manuses was invisible is because in the four kings fight there is an invisible one that spawns the health bar and then the kings you fight are enemies that share the invisible kings health bar
