that's somewhat easy too, maybe the map might be difficult but there already ways to replace entire map with custom one and SA map is bit more light, you can use scripts to kill all missions on the map too traffic paths can be added using CodeWalker (you can add Scenario points too but those aren't necessary if you're making SA in GTA V lol as SA map is pretty empty) altrough foot paths would need a navmesh to generate peds walking around you can easily tweak the AI and dumbing them down even further so they don't do anything like strafing and stuff like that by making them all use CM_Stationary + remove flanking and taking cover there mods that change wanted levels too, so you can find some 5 star army response for simulating 6th star or get RDE or something like that, but you have to realize RDE makes major changes to the game's AI so that might conflict with dumbing down the AI method unfortunately, there is no standardized global way of doing this, since R* game code is spaghetti and each NPC has it's own "logic" so go figure lol
@@Jordan-_--gn4nn Gta London was an expansion of the First game, not really a new game, Plus i think there were actually 2 expansions, so if it did count, GTA sa would've actually been the 7th installed in the series XD
How did u get the player to work with ragdoll ? As far as i know u need to change into a ped skin to ragdoll unless there a new mod that supports main player ragdoll
It's based on ENB Series scripts so it is possible as hell, you shut try it or watch the video about how it's working, DirectX 2,0 or even 3,0 it's like ENB but with custom changes scripts light's particle and more and put it on private sites and selling 😂 👌

Because it's beyond repair. People have tried to rebuild San Andreas in UE4 natively (instead of emulating the old engine inside of unreal like GSG did, creating tons of bugs and causing awful performance) but they get C&D'd. It'd make more sense to make a game in UE that replicates the functionality of GTA and then have a conversion tool for each game.
You could’ve done better you know? Ifs there’s a mod to make the gun animations so much better same for the vehicle animations and a mod that makes the gun sounds so much more realistic for example if you were using a shotgun, it would have the shotgun sounds same for pistol or a mini gun and other mods if there was one that adds all the GTA 5 characters like Franklin Trevor and Michael and it’ll be better if you could add a better NPC animations mod maybe if there was one I don’t know but I hope so so maybe you can make a part two and continue on making GTA San Andreas feel and look like GTA 5 and also probably add a mod that makes the textures so much more realistic and add a mod that makes the menu more like GTA 5 with the GTA 5 characters and all that and probably add a mod that out to GTA 5 music that would make it twice as better
At this point just remake the whole game in a new engine. There is only so much you can to these 20 plus year old games. The best mods are mods that enhance these games instead of trying to change it.
