Yeah, at a certain point, you're going to have to admit that it's more like 'pimp my cabin' or "cribz"...cabin style, rather than, "simple and minimalistic." hehehe Having 5 buildings including an A-frame office, cabin with a theatre, and sauna is what most people would think is stuff rich white people who live in ski resort towns have. I mean, you have an entire building just for your wood. Your sauna isn't even part of the main structure. You have an entire separate building just for your office.

I remember your video where you were laying down in your bed in the cabin and the breath from your mouth and nose was freezing, now look at the cabin, it is so cosy and the movie theatre is fantastic, can not wait to see Christine's face when she sees it.

Love love love the videos! But please build a safe handrail or something to keep people from falling coming down the steps or that second room. I get anxious everytime I watch you guys in that room. 😂❤

Kalle, the sofa moment was truly a family affair. The dogs didnt even seemed to be bothered by pulling the sled. They looked so happy. I laughed so much tears we're coming out of my eyes watching you look at the screen. Also explaining that you may get in a bit of trouble with Christine...😂 Which I think she will actually love the set up. I have to say seeing you acting silly with the drill made me smile. So glad you put up the railing and the extended flooring looks so good.

Beautiful job and what a cool new space. Lars will be getting a lotta new business from this. Btw.. you are more light up personality wise.. I think it's the new friend and community. Also remember that lighter and brighter areas help us feel more alive and upbeat. Adding the whites and lighter brighter colors in your space will make things feel more lively and you all did that perfectly with adding the white Ikea sofa and ceilings. Proud of you all... Absolutely amazing! Your media room is simple in design, yet it is cozy, and elegant. Question.: do you have any feelings that as you increasingly modernize your living situation that you are getting a little farther away from the simple cabin life that you originally sought? Of course, you were going to watch movies and media anyway so you might as well do it in comfort!😊 However, I often wonder how much more our fantastic technology removes us from the natural world and each other (?). I guess this is what you might call an existential question, but it’s one that seems worth asking.

Kalle...Your new home theater looks amazing. I particularly love the addition of the rebar balustrade. It's a good safety feature and finishes off the space in a complimentary way. One concern I have (since I had a projector for a while) is the cost and frequency of replacing the projector bulb. How long is yours rated for? Maybe the projector company gave you some extras. Enjoy the fruits of your and Lars' labors.

That is so awesome! I love big screens on everything, although I tend towards natural and minimalist. Even though it seems to clash with those ideals, I believe they marry perfectly since both worlds involve quality. People who love nature want to feel like they are in it and people can't possibly go everywhere, so TV gives us a chance to experience many things that limited income does not afford. My kids always laugh at my place as it is very laid back, but then I choose the biggest screens with surround sound. Loved the video...cool idea!
