Safe bet the actual audio from that little discovery was filled with laughter and excited words of happiness that would have gotten the video demonetized xD
That's a nice change from nightmare fuel creations. When Adam mentioned Earthworm Jim, he triggered a nostalgia. A project related to retro would be so cool.
the creator of Jim has a channel, kept getting taken down because he was talking about politics, not approved politics I guess. Now he's not really showing his face
Your Zelda/Link themed builds are my absolute *favourite* !! Not to say I don't love a good cursed monster build as much as the next fan, because I absolutely do, but the teeny tiny temple of time, and the guardian have been my absolute favs of yours so far. Now I can add this to my favs too. Thanks for sharing your genius talents and off the wall sense of humour with us every week!! The details you add are always stunning too.
"Add some wrinkles around the ankles" My brain: ".....wrankles." All jokes aside, this looks awesome Adam. I'm so hyped for this, I hope not everything is Skyloft style and its still got the charm of the original BotW.
lol, I sprained my ankle really bad last day of August, then we had a heat wave, and my ankle swelled up from the injury and retaining water. It's OK now, but it was weird seeing my normally bony ankles just disappear into cankles. My toes were so swollen I couldn't even wiggle them.
As someone who’s been watching your channel for almost a year now, I have to say the amount of quality content you post consistently nearly every week is mind boggling, and always a treat to watch
I cannot BELIEVE how beautiful that Link came out!!! I remember watching you sculpt tiny people narrating how you were not confident at all to then seeing this absolute beauty of a miniature. I am just blown away with how far you've come and the level of detail and craftsmanship you've been able to achieve. I aspire to have an artistic journey like yours one day!! Love love love all of your stuff :))
That opening line. 2 sentences define my life. "I wasn't able to do it in time" and "yes, I will have that!" I enjoy these builds. Realistic Pokemon? maybe Rayquaza?
0:41 This is why I love North of the Border. He cares so much about his work and really gives it his all, even going into scientific detail to make his videos not just videos, but landmarks of the things he's made.
You just get better at making Link every time. This is your best yet! The details really make it for me. Especially the white trim and the chainmaille. That was a really clever technique to make it and it even ended up thin enough to see through in spots? Wild.
The texture on the island, pillars and stairs looks INCREDIBLE. I also commend your patience for hand-applying texture to things like the chainmail, wooden shield and hair. Whew.
I LOVE watching you make tiny nerdy things. It's crazy to watch all the random blobs and wormie dealies turn into a smooth shirt. They always turn out amazing. 💜
Can already tell from the thumbnail this thing is AWESOME. Keep up the awesome work Adam. Super cool to see how much your channel has grown. Also don't forgot that Wolf Link and Midna statue ive been asking for like the past year 😅
I would love to see you make the Giant Lion Turtle from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Am I really the only one who thinks that would be awesome? You know the scene I'm talking about, right? Where he's holding Aang up above the water and talking to him? One of the coolest scenes in animation if you ask me
I would love to see a pikmin diorama in honour of the announcement of pikmin 4. The pikmin fan base would be so great full, we still don’t know when pikmin 4 will come out😢. It would be cool to see pikmin working near the ship or maybe olimar and the pikmin fighting one of the many creatures of pikmin. This was a great video, I love all the work that went into it. So glad I could find a channel with this level of skill.
Just from looking at the thumbnail you can already tell that this is going to be a great video! Also great job on this and all your work, your one of the best sculptures/artist I've ever seen.
i’m currently recovering from surgery and your videos never fail to make me feel better. i absolutely adore legend of zelda and constantly rewatch your loz projects. this is absolutely gorgeous and was really entertaining and healing
Your Zelda sculpts are what brought me to your channel, and I stayed for all the other fun nightmarish creations. I can’t wait to see what other Zelda sculpts come from Tears of the kingdom
Been having a lot of health issues, more than usual, was in the hospital for a bit and just was too tired to watch anything. I'm so happy this came up in my recommended, it's put a huge smile on my face. Your videos seem to always show up at just the right time. Amazing work as always 💜
This is so cool! It’s amazing how much detail you’re able to put in, even just based off of one major image. Link and his accessories were so nicely detailed, and with the layering process, it was really interesting to get to see everything before it all came together! (And I think with the scenery, the little leaves were a nice touch! 🍁)
It makes me shudder, with how meticulous this entire process looks, at how patient and careful you must have been with this. Outstanding work and the video was very calming and well edited
I know you probably won’t see this, but i absolutely love your videos. I have always been interested in art, but could never figure it out. That’s until you got me into sculpture. Thank you so much for actually giving me something to do ❤️
I have conditioned by the humor of this channel to the point where I was both very surprised and a tiny bit disappointed when there wasn't a hard cut to a pile of rocks after the words "adding texture", but I did get my fill of joy, when the rock showd up a short while later. Also: * puts on the screen "Hint: I'm super lazy", before proceding to make an incredibly detailed figurine with like 6 layers of different overlapping details *
I have been watching some videos about two months ago. But stopped eventually. Now like five to six days ago I came back and have watched like 40 videos since then. I just love the art, but also the editing and commentary style.
This is absolutely AMAZING. So excited to see more of this game next year! I'm sure it'll bring a lot of inspiration! Btw... any thoughts on making dehydrated Ganon with the hand holding him?? Might be a good realistic spooky piece 😁
Now that we have gone a few weeks without Adam’s Nightmares, I think I’m starting to miss them. But either way, such an awesome work of art this week! Can’t wait to see what other fantastic ideas you come up with next time!
I've been watching your videos with my 8 year old who's obsessed and talented with clay . This was one of his favorites because he's also obsessed with LOZ thanks to me. Your talent is top notch and we look forward to your next video.
I'd never played a Zelda game before BotW, but now it's one of my top two favorite games. Super excited for the sequel next year, especially since it involves floating islands. Cool build!
I’m not sure if you noticed but in the glamour shots there if a leaf stuck to a paint brush bristle which makes it look like it is falling which is really cool
I love your attention to detail, construction process, and narration/editing style! the floating island is particularly delightful; I love how you made it look realistically worn and overgrown.
Thank you for making such a zen feeling video while making me laugh so hard this morning with your narration. It came across my timeline in perfect timing, with the game being almost in my grasp so I can go play it, find these little floating islands and then think "ah yes, bristles of old brushes and hitting foam with rocks'. You are a star.
This makes my Friday. Every Friday I look forward to these videos. It’s like a Christmas gift every week but sometimes the gift can be a horrific amalgamation of flesh or sometimes your favorite Nintendo characters. Neat 🤣
You get all the respect possible from me, for making your miniature characters look better and better every time you make a new video! Also: Stunning work, can't wait for more gameplay footage and possible new Zelda videos from you!
I'm always excited about a new Zelda game because I know Adam will be sculpting something amazing. Now imagine what he'll create when the new Metroid ever comes out!
