smiling/feeling good is the highlight of every Twice MV/content. I'm convinced they're made of sunshine and rainbow. but don't get it twisted, their title tracks don't represent their whole discography. they have one of the best and most diverse discographies in all of kpop not just for girl groups.

Red Velvet will bewitched you If you continue on discovering their discography. Pure chef's kiss. Their music is well known to be versatile and wide, meaning they don't stay in 1 genre. They don't settle on just K-pop genre. Will look forward if you will react for more of their songs.

Itzy is really one of the best performers in the industry. Their stage presence is insane and their choreographies are always so hard to perform but still their mic is always on when performing. They might not have the strongest vocals but they are really stable and always perform live and if the backing track is loud, they really try to overpower it with their voices. Itzy said that singing live while performing hard choreo is their pride. And they're also really funny. They're just a complete package.

Itzy known for their Insane choreography as a rooky their are monster Twice known for their Cute and sweet theme concept and no visual hole like they are all beautiful in korean standards. They known as (korean) nations girl group. While Red velvet knowns for their Heavenly Vocals. ♥️

Loco was the first ITZY song I ever heard and it made me actually give groups besides Dreamcatcher a chance. But if you want a group that’s not your typical girl group sound, that goes harder and darker with more rock elements and incorporates more powerful, boy-group typical choreo, Dreamcatcher is it. Odd Eye or Piri are great ones to start with.

Red Velvet released a song Psycho last December 2019 and it is still my favorite song release ever since. SOTY for me

I feel like you actually did the sequence perfectly 😂 1) such a strong opening with LOCO (the strong beat is really good for a concert opening) 2) then ALCOHOL FREE kind of tone down a bit and gives a very hypnotizing and relaxing vibe (I love this song a lot, it's the kind of song where you could just listen everywhere, in the car while travelling / just chilling in the bar or cafeteria eating a few slice of cakes) 3) QUEENDOM is definitely something that fits for an ending (especially the last chorus because the lyrics talk about self-empowerment "everyone is the Kings and Queens for themselves" )

Red velvet psycho, bad boy and peekaboo are a must watch. they have some of the incredible MVs as most often their MVs tell a story, which is rare in kpop . Their red side has some of the incredible MVs dumb dumb, ice cream cake, cookie jar, zimzalabim (one of the most polarizing song . but the song and MV itself is a roller coaster journey). They b-sides are untouchable and completely different from conventional kpop sound. Twice fancy is an incredibly catchy song. There is a reloaded version of Fancy with psycho back ground music. It is gold, might even be better than the original. Twice also has some of the best b-sides, especially their japanese albums. Although not a fan of the title track, their latest album's b-sides are very well done. Among the rookie groups give a listen to Styac. They will be a force to be reckoned with, especially in the Korean market

every single itzy song is hard, they were monster rookies and their choreographies are one of the best and hardest.

I like to recommend Everglow to kpop fans who tend to prefer boy groups to girl groups, especially their recent releases. If you like rock or just a darker sound in general Dreamcatcher is also amazing for that.

Twice makes you feel good, like fluffy and happy and the girls, all 9 of them, are amazing and talented, but I think what makes them shine the most is the fact that they're wonderful people. You know when you get to know someone and you have that instant feeling that you're gonna be friends with them? They give that feeling. kpop girl groups and female artists are like the cores of kpop for me LMAO, i would love to see you get into more ggs and fall in love with them! i would highly suggest groups like Dreamcatcher, PIXY, LOONA, Fromis_9, aespa, StayC and Everglow if you want to see a variety of concepts! obviously not all of them, that's a huge chunk of your time lol, but this is kinda just a showcase of various ggs if you ever want to expand your taste

alcohol free is kind of what you said, about getting used to it, part of the fandom felt it was strange that a song like that got to be a title track, but the fact is: with so many girl groups going for the strong girl crush concepts, alcohol free felt really refreshing (as queendom, that is, in fact, about being strong but doesn't have a 'girl crush' aesthetics). and YEAH, alcohol free grew on almost everyone so so much. (till today I start to sing it mindlessly while doing something, mindlessly. I particularly like dahyun/chaeyoung raps.

i feel like, in the past, companies tended to emphasize in gg choreos gentle and femenine-like moves (whatever that means) so they were really practical and could get kinda boring (and did not did justice to their songs, which are honestly bops and golden). you can see a lot of change in that part, you’ll find plenty of intricate gg choreos now. react to aespa and everglow next too please!!

For me itzy is my fav group. They have everything you need they have one of the most difficult dance but still sing live most of the time (95% of the time they are live) and can also rap and sing. They are also very funny and always make my day

KPOP is an umbrella of many subgenres, there is no one sound or style or concept. You can find bubblegum pop, sensual r &B, techno, sassy girl power, jazzy, gangsta....and sometimes combinations of the above...in this realm. Any kind of music you like, you will find a kpop group that does it if you look long enough. Even rock! There's an all-girl rock group called Rolling Quartz that is amazing!

TWICE's discography is immaculate. The most common reactions among people who knows twice EVERYTIME they comeback is "This sounds so different from what they do but it still feels so much like TWICE". And I think that's beautiful and difficult to achieve if you have 4 comebacks a year. And they have the most entertaining choreographies (at least for me), it looks easy but it's hard af.

Real talk, shouts out for keeping an open mind. If it makes you feel better, I've seen the "I only listen to boy/girl groups." a good bit. I'm new to watching and becoming more involved in K-pop myself. I've had Red Velvet and (G)I-DLE on my playlists for a couple of years, but never really made an effort to listen to other groups and/or learn more about those groups in general. I've been going pretty hard for a couple of months now and I haven't gotten around to checking out many boy groups. I've heard some of the really popular songs, but between being used to girl groups and a personal preference for female vocals, finding the time alone to look into boy groups has been difficult. There are too many amazing K-pop groups in general! T_T lol. In my own personal opinion though, I feel as if girl groups have an easier time flexing into different genres than boy groups do. That might account for the comparative "not being boring." I'm still going to blast "God's Menu" for 8 hours on repeat while I'm at work. XD In regards to the dance moves, I personally feel that a lot of MVs don't show off enough girl group choreo. Sometimes I myself have even thought that the dance was cute and all just to watch the dance practice and find out they were busting their ass the entire song. lol. Itzy tends to have good dance breaks in their videos. They are crazy good dancers in general. All three of these groups are amazing. Like I said, I've been listening to Red Velvet for a couple of years. Definitely all over my playlists. Learned about Itzy a little over a month ago and just started digging into Twice when their new album dropped last Friday. So many good songs from all three groups. SO many. Even if you don't have the time to look into the group or all of the MVs, it's still worth checking out some songs or Spotify or whatever. Guaranteed. I know, easier said than done when you need reaction content. lol As others have mentioned, Red Velvet have a duality concept. Red songs are more pop-y/bubblegum. Velvet songs have more mature tones, usually via R&B rhythms. So, if you happen to not like a song, try not to let that one turn you off from the rest. As much as I love them, there are a few that even I don't personally care for. It be like that sometimes. MV suggestions: Itzy - Mafia in the morning. Swipe. Red Velvet (Red) - Dumb Dumb. Russian Roulette. Power Up. Ice Cream Cake ("debut"). Red Velvet (Velvet) - Psycho. Bad Boy. Peek-a-Boo. Automatic ("debut"). I put debut in quotes because they released a couple of songs with only 4 of their current 5 members. Twice belongs to the 3rd Generation together with Red Velvet, BlackPink, Mamamoo, Seventeen, Got7 BTS, etc. Itzy belongs to 4th Generation idols together with Enhypen, TXT, Aespa, Straykids, etc. I hope people will know more kpop groups or solo not by their popularity but by their talent. I also hope that toxic fans should be gone so that idols can live their private life to the fullest. I am a multi fan so every day is a happy day because of their contents.
