The ground gets cleaner because the soap cleans itself and when the soap touches the floor it cleans it.

But the soap isn't wet and floor isn't really dirty to begin with also the floor doesn't clean itself when the soap drops

Conservation of (dirt) energy, the floor gets a little cleaner and the soap gets a little dirtier.

How are you getting all these houses available? The game hasn't made this part very clear. So far I'm just doing cleaning / unpacking jobs from the laptop...But I don't see any properties like this that I can "flip". I think whatever this mode is which appears to be more free-roam is much more interesting. The laptop jobs are fun but like it tells you what you need to buy + sell which isn't exciting. Also how is the final home value determined?

Does no one know of the kitchen triangle rule? Your supposed to arrange your fridge, sink, and stove in a way that forms a triangle.

yes they did, but there is a separate feature where you can learn to assemble furniture items and doing so will give you a discount when purchasing them. though the minigame never plays again unless you explicitly go back in to choose to do it again, which has no benefit. I'm a bit disappointed because the installations were a pretty fun part of the game.

@@shigeminotoge4514 i found the assembly jobs horribly infuriating with the camera angles etc. they feel like a late addition and after doing a few i'd rather not bother with them and pay full price 😆

Press E when you are selecting a paint right before you purchase it, there IS a n extensive colour picker. took me a bit to see the UI for it, too so I do not blame you for missing that tiny little tab on the side of the shop screen. NVM, you found it, too. That's what I get for commenting before I finish the video.

2:10 The soup gets dirty, as the larger matterials that it doesn't dissolve will get stuck onto it until you dissolve the outter layer of the soap with water and it washes down from it. :3 The ground would partially get clean, but you have to rub it to get it cleaned better.

The way that soap works, it needs to combine with water to be able to kill germs, so if the soap falls on the ground and it's wet the section of floor the soap is on will get clean and the soap will get dirty, but then the soap will get clean after around 20 seconds (the time it takes for soap to kill germs).

dropped on the ground, soap gets dirty. Consider that dirt is always dirt, regardless of bacteria involved, and there is more dirt underneath the top layer of dirt. Also consider that soap's main job (when combined with water) is to attract and stick to dirt, allowing you to rinse it off. So then the soap is attracting the dirt particles while leaving more dirt behind. The dirt isnt being cleaned, because its still just dirt, and the soap is getting dirty

I recommend selling and rebuying windows too, so you don’t have to clean them. Clients don’t like dirty windows. You do upgrade clients later on. I have the option to pick from two clients. Idk if it upgrades beyond that.

I dont think house flipper 2 is as good as house flipper 1 in 1 you can mow lawns do gardening and other stuff you can even sit in chairs that aint in 2 and the sad part is 2 aint even built to support lawn mowing atm theres so much more in house flipper 1 I personally think someone who is trying it for the first time should just buy 1 and its dlc

The reason the wood tiles were a different color from the picture is because you have to press R with the flipper tool and change the color

this is only a feature after you get that reward perk, before that you'd need to select the specs when buying the item and it cannot be changed afterwards

the first game is definitely worth a play, especially at the current cheap price, but the second game feels like a whole new game & is way better. Fair play to the developers, they took a decent base game and made a great sequel. Highly recommend purchasing it if you can.

So when you buy an item and you want to charge the color or it. Take out the selling tool then R it will bring up an option wheel. You can do several different things with it. But one of those is editing furniture. I believe the image is a paintbrush and green paint under it.

You can change which side you can have the door open by going to the sell gun and changing it too what you want it too be, and one of the selection is changing the style of the door, too which you could change which side of the door opens as repeated.

I agree with Blitz about cleaning the walls first instead of painting over the molds cause people who do that are just lazy and they just face the consequences later on
