My skin specialist advised it's more effective to wear face sheet mask for 7 days straight. In the next 3 weeks, u dnt hv to put any. After that, repeat by wearing sheet mask for 7 days and so on. This method is more effective than wearing a mask every 2 days. She says the consistent 7 days gives your skin maximum boost for the next few weeks

Your skin will also get dry if you don't drink enough water...if you have dry and dehydrated skin products with snail secret & hyaluronic acid are great plus moisturizers with ceramides and Shea butter or oils. If it's rough too you will need to exfoliate too but best moisturize properly before! If you peel very dry skin you are rather to damage it then getting rid of dead skin

I love how healthy your skin looks! I do feel the same, even though I use sheet mask 2-3 times a week but I feel major changes. My skin was very sensitive back then and acne has became my best friend, but when I started to use sheet mask it's totally a miracle. I also drink more water and do exercise too.

@@jonmejia2188 I used Rojukiss Acne Pore Expert sheet mask and it definitely clear my acne and makes my skin healthier. But the sheet mask can't do the job by itself, I had to drink more water and definitely change my lifestyle so my hormones will be back to normal. That's the key. Once my hormones back to normal, it'll be so much easier to heal the acne and all of skin's problem.

Loved this video! My boyfriend has eczema and recently his skin got really bad. I got sheet masks for him and asked him to use it every single day for 5 days and then use one sheet every 3 days afterwards. Today’s the third day. He says he feels that his skin has become more “bouncy” lol. Your video is so motivating. I’m gonna ask him to continue for a whole month now hahaha

Hi Gis! You are right, this challenge is not recommended for people that are prone to acne. In your case, I believe it is recommended to use them 2-3 times a week :)

Yeah, here in Yerevan we have only TheFaceShop and 1 sheet mask for 30 days will cost me 45000 drams which is 100 dollars. That's a bit much for sheet masks. If it were a moisturizer and a toner I wouldn't be bothered but sheet masks... Anyway, if I was determined to take on the challenge, then I guess I could make the effort.

Hi. I really like Kose Clear Turn masks that you can buy in bags of 50. I mix them up with individually packed ones but those are great to use when I don't have time to use a mask for half an hour and I love their serum. In the end I squeeze them and apply the serum and let it sink in and I do this about 3 times so even if they are a bit drier then others they still have a lot of serum. The red bag ones are my fave and not too expensive. :)

I recently bought the A'Pieu daily sheet mask box bc it was on sale... aaaand is very calming, cooling, and soothing, and I can totally see why that works! Oh, I'm going to try this! But I'm going to use different masks each day bc I have multiple issues (being older...lol). : ) I did one last night, so I'll count that as day one and try to come back to say what happened in a month. UPDATE: I did a mask for 32 nights straight. I have mature skin ('cuz I'm 52), so my biggest concern is hydration and minimizing pores. I used sheets mask, clay masks, bubble masks, 1 peel off mask (won't do that again! wow! I forgot how much that hurts!), and gel masks. I didn't see a big difference over all at the end of this period; however, I did discover which masks I really like and which ones aren't worth my money to buy again. Clay masks seemed to make my skin very smooth and soft. The sheets masks with HA or honey gave them a feeling of being really hydrated. Gel masks were pleasant but didn't really do much. Sheet masks with watermelon, snail stuff, pearls, etc. didn't seem to do anything other than make my face sticky. None of these masks did anything about minimizing pores. My face on the whole did become a tiny bit more even with the skin tone. Hope this helps! It was fun doing this challenge, but I think I'm going to just do masks three times a week and not everyday. (It did help me go through my stash, though! 😊😉🤣

I have basically have done this for years especially when i’m breaking out because i have super sensitive skin and also allergic to so many things and it has been such a game changer but then you have to know this is super expensive type of situation to be in lmaaaooo but it was worth it and i still do this but mostly just up to one whole week nowadays because i know how to control my eating habit and not to eat what I’m allergic to excessively.

yeahhhhh!!!! i've noticed that after about 10-14days i can see a really big difference and i am def doing this as well these days when i see breakouts or inflammation again! and oOo!! i found packagings of dewytree sheet masks with 14sheets each!! i think these will be sooo good like price wise and environmental wise(this one not 100$ sure if 1 plastic container may be better than 30 vinyl + paper of the sheet mask)but yes!! will def share that dewytree package soon in my oliveyoung vid

I’m literally mashing my fingas into the keys to shop that bubble toner 😂👇🏼 I think this is the big one for me! I do all my skincare and while the spf is absorbing, I go do crunches and yoga and my exercises. I get red and blotchy cuz I’m like paper white, so I think I’ll do cold bubble toner after working out and see if it calms down my skin. Do girls work out much in Korea? We do a lot in the states cuz we all afraid of butt-drop😱😂 (they need a lifting butt sheet mask or something 😂) Ty for a great helpful vid! Luv to ur Derek and families!!💗💐

I remember Liah Yoo said that you can use a sheet mask at the end of your routine and in this way, it seals in everything you have applied on your face for higher absorption. I've been doing that ever since. I just use a simple hydrating tea mask from a'pieu. They sell those box of sheet masks you pull out like from a Kleenex box. I like it that way because you don't have to open and throw plastic wrappings for the sheet masks every time.

I was thinking if it's safe to wear face mask daily and I came across your video. Love it! You are so beautiful n ur skin...omg....Love love love.....I went shopping for face masks and luckily I bought hydrating and brightening face masks...so today is my 2nd day of wearing sheet mask...so hopfully i can last 1 week let alone 30 days!!!
