I used AI to Draft the ULTIMATE Fantasy Football Team 

I think where this goes wrong is that it doesn't consider the other drafters at all. Drafting is NOT a 1 player game. When you pick a player, what you gain from that pick, isn't that players projected points. It's the delta between those projected points and the projected points of the player you would have to end up picking if you don't pick that player. This means that what's really important is similarity of players within a position, and how many players between now and your next pick still need to fill a slot for any given position. If everyone has already picked quarterbacks for example, you don't need to pick any because nobody else will. I'm brainstorming ways to build a draft ai for my fantasy hockey league and am just starting by seeing what things other people have tried. Thanks for the video!

You seem to have a lot of quarterbacks which you must have drafted very early. Unless your league rules are different, you typically only start 1 (maybe 2) quarter backs per week, so only one can contribute to your point total. I suspect you need to change your evaluation function to select picks that generate the optimal starting roster, not just point total of all players.
