Thanks for this vid! People should know how powerful is Castor oil, it helped my skin and hair A LOT. This with combination with microneedling, it's a big miracle. I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible (Also been suffering from hairloss), anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 44 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist, hair became thicker again. People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin + thinking that using oils won't do much because it's natural.

+1 for kora. I started doing microneedIIing since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my late 30's or early 40's. I assume it works so well because when we get older, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkIes. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful.

I grew up making Castor oil with my grandmother in Jamaica, it is a slow two to three day process if doing it right. But we use it for everything, from hair, to face, all over the body, aches and pain and drinking for washout(detox). I have a couple home made bottles right now and I'm happy to see more people embracing it.😊

It’s amazing for pain and inflammation! I’m an acupuncturist and prescribe caster packs for pain more than anything else. Apply caster oil, thin cloth or Saran Wrap (to protect heating pad) then heat. I like to use my infrared heat lamp for about 30 mins. It seriously turns your muscles into butter! Great for neck, shoulders, back, tennis elbow, knee and joint pain, the list goes on!

One of the most profound impacts castor oil had was in my sleep. This is a remedy that my Mom gave me 20 years ago and I absolutely have seen it work. Basically, you lather a generous amount of castor oil on your eyelids (with your eyes closed) and experience super dense deep sleep. Next morning all the castor oil is gone and you feel refreshed

These comments are pure gold, like someone else said! I want to share my experience with castor oil. I have used it as eye drops! I went to the eye doctor over 6 years ago and had gotten glasses. (I've worn glasses most of my life!) They did scans and everything. Told me I had the beginnings of cataracts, which many people do! I went back almost a year ago (May 2023) and they repeated the same scans. The doctor was a new doctor in that office but had been an eue doctor for years! She could NOT tell the scans apart except the dates on the scans themselves! She told me whatever I was doing to keep doing it! I had use castor oil as eye drops for the previous couple months just for a moisterizer. Yes! I bought dropper bottles and put it directly in my eyes! It took away my floaters and apparently, kept my eyes healthier! She said the cataract growth had not grown at all! She showed me the scans and they looked identical!! I'm definitely NOT a professional but they looked identical! I have looked into castor oil and have suggested it to my firneds and family for all sorts of issues! I use it all over my face and down my throat, not every night but I'm trying to get into that habit again. My next trial is going to be trying to use it onmy scalp! I have scalp psoriasis and want to see if it helps! I have heard and read it helps with thyroid issues, inflammation and arthritis as well as things you mentioned and people have mentioned below! Thank you for this video and sharing your experiences with it!!

Does it burn putting it in your eyes? I thought that you are not suppose to put it directly in the eyes. Did it make the white in your eyes clearer because I have this issue of brownish ad redness in my eyes and I use eye drops for that.
@forgiven149
@forgiven149 7 месяцев назад
@@ramakrishnashalom9004 No. It never burned me when I have used it in my eyes! It is a bit oily and gooey but it never burned me! It makes your vision blurry for a minute but it goes away quickly! I watched a video from Barbara O'Neill and she had suggested it. That's when I originally got the idea to do it! Now, I'm not a dr or even in the medical field so you do what you want! I think it would be worth a try! It may take a couple weeks to see any results but I really don't think it would hurt you! Try it one night. If it doesn't burn and you feel no ill effects, try it for a couple nights. Use your own discretion. It's your eyes and your body. I'm just sharing what I did and how it helped me! I will say that I do not use any store bought eye drops now! I haven't found any to be as moisturizing as castor oil is!

Watching this emerging caster oil phenomenon puts a smile to my face! I've recently noticed you lovely ladies on yt talking about caster oil and I've paid extra attention for differentreasons. This is one product you'll find in most black families' bathrooms. we use it on our beautiful afro-hair at different times. My little lovely story took me back to my Sunday school years growing up in kenya, ❤. we had a ritual/routine whereby after church service we went to visit a great grandma who was in her late 90's every Sunday without a fail for as long as she lived😊x. My beautiful lady had a farm which she grew all sorts of fruits and plants but was mainly known for sugarcane plants, bananas, and Castor trees. I remember as a little girl with my siblings and extended cousins watching her doing her things, she used to press caster oil beans the traditional way, i was too young to pay attention to the process. But, this was medicinal recipe for any bodily ailments any one of us everpresented with, you so much as winced she'll find you with a spoonful of this concoction which i thought smelt funky but my nana lived for it. She lived until no one knew how old she was by the time she passed away, way over 100yo ++++ Fast forward into my adulthood in Europe and i come across this product, my head went into a spin thinking....i know that smell its familiar when i saw what it was i smiled with joy and appreciation 😊x my nana knew back then almost 50 years ago that this gem delivers what the mainstream medicine couldn't explain 😊x Im genuinely curious to see how far ghis one stretches to, let's see what the mainstream science has to say because this will become something none of us is ready for 😊x I continue to use it on my afro as and when I remember. Im loving the reviews and watching this with interests. Thanks goodness for influencers like yourself to allow some moments of indulgence and beautiful memories 😊x Lots of love ❤️ 🇬🇧 x

In many parts of India we massage castor oil all over a baby’s body and keep the baby in the early morning sun for 10-15 minutes. I have done it for my son till he was 3 years old. He is 28 now and he never had skin problems, or stomach issues and has stronger bones and healthier hair, which grows so fast he has to get a haircut practically every 2 weeks. My mom did the same with me. And at 55 I lift heavy weights, I have thick long hair and have a skin of a 30 year old. This stuff is natures magic potion. Indian Ayurvedic practices always include Castor oil in many different ways.

@@dolcepescas6153the oil helps with synthesis of vitamin D. You can also use sesame or mustard oil for this purpose. I was brought up on mustard oil massages and sunbathing as a baby. Also bathe the baby with water kept in the sun in an iron vessel with a copper coin. Amazing benefits.

@reeorchids 10 месяцев назад
@@hgib3 yes exactly… well explained. Thank you. Castor oil has antibacterial and anti microbial properties as well. We even use Mustard oil for massaging. Another reason perhaps may have been that castor oil and Mustard oil crops are grown in many parts of India, hence readily available. But whatever the reason, we have seen innumerable advantages of these oils. And as Indian weather is neither too hot or too cold, early morning sun is just perfect to soak in and get some vit D.. with an added bonus of antibacterial castor oil.

I worked in a homebirth midwifery clinic. Here in our state, if pregnant women was still pregnant past week 42, they were labeled "risk out of" homebirth. They must transfer care to an OB or hospital based midwife. Now, for women who are dedicated homebirthers or for whatever other reason, did not want to transfer care, they would try castor oil. This is a labor induction method that often works very well for women to give them that extra nudge. Some midwives give it to women mixed with scrambled eggs. The widwife I worked with prefered chocolate ice cream. The reason for that was that if the oil caused tummy uspet, she never wanted them turned off the taste of eggs. Eggs are affordable protein. If they got sick off a chocolate milkshake and never wanted another, no harm in that. She told women, whatever they used, take it in a protein food or drink and never with orange juice or or like one mom did, in *root beer* The oil binds with protein and not with non protein. if you don't use protein, you will most likely get the "Flying Shizams" as she put it. ** No medical advice intended here. I am not a licensed care provider of any kind. Consult your midwife/ob before doing any sort of labor induction.

I think that it is important for anyone who is commenting about castor oil, needs to mention Edgar Cayce, who developed Castor Oil Packs. You did not, and I think you should add it to your show notes. It is very important that it is done as he said, many do other things than what he said to use. He was a medical intuitive, and it is important to do what he said, not what you or others think will help it only with castor oil. You have to put on the castor oil and then use clean organic WOOL flannel over the castor oil - it is the keratin in the wool that breaks down and heals tumors or cysts. You will not get that benefit with cotton or other fabrics. And then put a hot water bottle on it, not an electric pad. Many have made variations, yet it is important to do it as he said. Thanks for listening, I have done Edgar Cayce methods to heal many things. Look him up. peace

Here's something I learned after my son died from stage 4 liver disease - I used to think I had plantar factious BUT it wasn't that it instead it was my liver, and my husband used to have a cracked heal, and that too is tied to his liver. So I just stopped the video at 10:06 as you are talking about this and thought to share this. Just like if your right shoulder blade aches after eating fatty foods (like a can of pringles) that's your gall bladder. I didn’t feel my feet hurting, and my feet were so moisturized when I woke up, I’ve been using it on my eyebrows eyelashes scalp, my belly button and a bump that I would like to see dissolved. I also struggle with SEVERE cramping, like , unable to stand up straight some months... and this month was a breeze with cramps.... general pms symptoms were generally absent this month.... excpt for the headaches so will try the belly button application , now that you have explained how to do it :-) thank you so much for this video .....!!!

I been using it for a couple of months. I do the pack and also the belly button. Now I been dealing with some fibroid issues so please be careful. Castor oil is so strong it can make you have a period. It is also not recommended to use while you are having your period. On the positive side it will do a detox the next day (make sure to be home), you will sleep like a baby, and your stomach will be flat. But know you will be tired after the detox.

I was totally excited to try castor oil as well, but, unfortunately, one thing that is not being mentioned about this product is some people are sensitive to the ricinoleic acid in castor oil. I apparently happened to be one of them. After four days of use, I woke up to swollen, red eyes, a rash behind my ears, chest and privates-no fun, so, be careful when trying this product, especially if you have been sensitive to other skin/hair care products in the past.

@@sky-frequency well, I did follow the criteria and purchased a brand many people are recommending. I recently did some muscle testing to see if I could be treated for my allergic response to castor oil-have my body accept/allow it, but my body said NO! Ohmygoodness, lol, even if I treat myself I shouldn’t use it, I guess that makes sense, in the past I found great relief with the NAET program-allergy elimination technique, but as I’m remembering, even when treated, I could/would/ never go back to using those products again. Hope everyone else has better luck, castor oil sounds like a fantastic product.

Ladies and gents, another use I've found together with coconut oil and iodine is to get rid of athlete's foot and other skin, fungal related illnesses. At the gym we were undressing and I mentioned to one of my colleagues that I've had Athlete's foot and cured it with Castor Oil. He then showed me his jock's itch, which is also a fungus... His skin was flaky and it had ''whitened'' in the area. I gave him what was left in the bottle (Castor oil only) and he used it. What do you know? It completely cleared it up but it is too soon yet to say he got rid of it completely. Might be effective for toenail fungus as well. So, I read about it and it indeed has anti fungal properties.

As for wrinkles on your skin… I don’t think oil makes them totally disappear. The oil fills them in and they become less visible, but once you stop using it, they come back. I tried it with coconut oil. Indeed the wrinkles become less visible, but only when I used it regularly. Well, I’ve never tried castor oil. I will check it out and we’ll see the results. I wish if could erase the wrinkles permanently and nasolabial folds.

FOR THE ENDO GIRLIES!!! I have endometriosis and I have a golfball size cyst on each ovary. I unfortunately went too hard too fast and completely slathered my midsection and pelvic area and belly button with castor oil and I did it two days before my period and the first two days of my period. So for starters, my period came five days early when it had a consistent pattern of being late before that. I bled so much that I hadn’t bled that heavy in a very, very long time. And when I got in the shower, I could see what looked like flaky blood or tissue coming out. Immediately after that, though for the next 48 hours, I was in the worst pain I had ever felt on my period in my life, and I almost went to the hospital. I’m not sure if it was breaking up the cysts and the scar tissue from the endometriosis in my body and maybe I just did too much too fast, but it took a very long time almost 3 days for my body to heal. I’m a petite girl and I looked like I was five months pregnant from the inflammation. I didn’t use the castor oil for about four days after that and the inflammation immediately went down. If you have endometriosis, then you’ll know that I still feel the sharp pain but very very lightly. And now that my period is over and I took a few days off. I put a very small amount in my belly button every morning and I cramp up a little bit, but overall, I’m OK. So I’m not going to use castor oil for my next period at all. I’m just going to use it up until I’m expecting it because I just think that paired with the endometriosis doing castor oil while I bleed was too much for my body. I definitely did notice an improvement in my digestive system, and that a lot of bloating had gone down as well. I also put it on in the morning and not at night because when I did it at night, I got insomnia. I know it helps some people sleep, but I was absolutely wired whenever I did it at night time so now I just do it in the morning.

I've had it for 46 years so a while. It's time for it to go :) But the question I have is about how sticky the oil is. You show the feet covering with socks but isn't it sticky on your belly and what about the face? THat's what came up for me. Thank you again. I look forward to following you

Putting castor oil just on your belly button is enough to heal and benefit everything you've mentioned in the video. The belly button is the focal point to 72 thousand veins and the centre of the belly button is connected to the central nervous system too. What I'm saying is that if people don't want to mission around putting it in their hair, stretch marks etc, just putting it in the belly button is actually enough. It will distribute throughout the body and benefit in many ways. I did research on it and experimented myself a few years back and my skin improved and was a lot more moisturised, my hair grew quicker and was a lot softer and shinier, my nails became stronger, my digestion improved etc. I did sometimes apply it directly on to me in some cases like for example imperfections on feet and eyelashes only sometimes, but mainly just my belly button and I saw drastic changes just by doing that alone. I did this for a while I'm not sure why I stopped, you've inspired me to do it again 😊 thank you for your video

EDITED FOR CLARITY. SEE ALL-CAPS WORDS ADDED TO THE THIRD SENTENCE. Great info as usual, Shea. Here’s another use for castor oil. I’m a Nordic blonde with thin, delicate skin. IN THE EARLY 2000s, when I was in my early 50s, my hands became covered with dozens of dark brown seborrheic keratoses - practically overnight. This was from plenty of unprotected sun exposure from 1949 to 1967. My doctor told me to cover my hands in castor oil and cotton gloves overnight and every night until I saw results. It took a couple months, but every last one of those age spots disappeared without a trace - never to return. I often use castor oil sparingly, like a lotion, on top of slightly damp skin, whenever my hands feel particularly dry or look more crepey than they have to. The castor oil treatments also seem to keep my skin from becoming too transparent and allowing my veins to completely show through. They also keep my veins from bulging out (as happens with most elderly women). While castor oil hasn’t given me back the hands of my youth, I’d say that my 74-year-old hands look like the hands of a 48-50 year old. And holding. 😊

@@vickiemartin1453. Vickie, I should clarify. The veins in the backs of my hands have always been small, but they started to become raised, darker, and a bit bulging this year. I hadn’t used castor oil as often as I maybe should have lately, so I upped my treatments and the veins flattened down and were less visible again. My skin appears thicker again. I’ve read often that castor oil can stimulate collagen production, and that could well be the case here. There is quite a difference. I’m sure it can help you, but these days there are medical procedures at vein treatment Centres that can help and are quick and pain free. Most hand veins typically disappear after only one sclerotherapy session and other veins take over their jobs. This hasn’t been something I’ve really needed as of yet, but I’ve heard about it and seen some great results. I had one sclerotherapy session on spider veins on my thigh some 30 years ago, and it was successful. As usual, speaking with a doctor is best. But castor oil is still so great!

I’ve been using Castro oil for about two month for a fatty tumor. It has drastically reduced in size!! I started using it on my face and neck. I have skin tags on my neck, that I usually have removed by my MD. The skin tags are literally shrinking and drying up! LOVE Barbara O’Neil!!

I was raised by Haitian parents and they always used 100% Haitian castor oil on us. It's great to reduce fevers/inflammation. It's a great pain reliever and good laxative too. Its medicinal properties are amazing!!!

@@jimmynicolas1014 I only heard growing up in England, that castor oil was a laxative. Not used for anything else. Now I find all these other uses.
