As a Rays fan, I’m personally excited to see if either Taj Bradley or Shane Baz breaks out this year, we always have trouble with our 5th starter and these two are fighting for it
Since I'm a Giants fan I'm excited for the Giants pitching prospect Kyle Harrison. He has a 3 pitch arsenal (4 seam fastball, slider, and changeup) and his fastball velo is around 92-95 mph with a peak of 97 (he was throwing that in double A) and his slider is in the low 80s, with his changeup in the mid 80s. In 2021 he led the Minors in ERA (3.19) ks per nine (14.3) In 2022 he led the Minors in whiffs per nine (14.8) and whiff percentage (39.8) doing all of that at just 20 years old. Him and Logan Webb in that rotation are gonna be a problem.
I’m excited for Volpe. Got to see him twice when he was in double A with Somerset. He hit 2 doubles in one and a double in the other as well. It seems like any time I go to a game, he hits a double
miguel vargas. i'm a dodgers fan and despite not showing much promise in the games last year, he showed a good eye both last year and at the plate. i'm excited to see how his power develops and how he embraces becoming a full-on second baseman for a championship-caliber team
Most excited for Michael Harris II. Most promising young player in the league as a future gold glove center fielder and coming off ROTY! Let’s go Braves!
Obvious bias as an Orioles fan, but Adley, Gunnar, and Grayson Rodriguez are the ones I'm most excited to watch this year. Outside of the Orioles, I'm looking forward to watching Volpe. That kid is gonna be a beast.
As a fellow angles fan I love your vids keep up the good work -ME EDIT. As a angles fan I want Logan o’hoppe because I think that he has something different to bring to the game
For your question on what young player I'm excited to watch this season, I am really excited to watch Ezequiel Tovar! I'm a Rockies fan which kinda sucks a little but Tovar is such a stud and is a good ball player and he replied to my Instagram dm 😎, I only wish MLB the show didn't screw him over because he looks nothing like he does in the game and his swing and batting stance are all completely wrong
