My son and I were watching this and he said, “hey that’s us walking behind him.” Sure enough we were at McCaslin Park that night looking for a mitt he had left behind. We are walking down the side walk when you are talking about the neon mitt.
Jesus loves you! Turn to him before it’s too late! He died for u and ur sins!! All u have to do to not go to hell is to believe upon him and ask him in to ur heart! God bless
Moment of silence for the pure athleticism of that pitcher out there. Probably the last 6 foot white man to wear a mullet and dunk a basketball. Now... your next video should be all about getting him to say the F-word. I've been trying for years!!
Your issue with the pine tar is exactly how I feel every single time I see someone hitting with no batting gloves on and a crap ton of pine tar. Like I just couldn’t do it. Or the one guy who played football who literally had globs of stickem hanging off his hands? Yea it would just bother me so bad I’d probably spend an hour in a scolding hot shower to try and get it off
Yo, I was wondering what’s the best way to break in a Rawlings DTR 1st Base Mitt. I’m trying to see if I can find a used one for cheap. I just watched your video on best 1st base gloves, trying to do a 2 hinge look with a flared thumb and super deep pocket. Thanks bro, keep up the videos!
I can’t believe I haven’t ran into you at McCaslin park we are there all the time for tournaments. My son is on the 13u Bloomingdale bulldogs and we love your videos. Keep up the great videos
Im an adult who has gotten into baseball late and I love gloves and their different uses I dont play catcher YET but I would love to try and learn with that all-star!
Dude can pick it at SS. I will say though, it must be easier playing infield in softball on turf. No bad hops. Try playing in crushed cement in Canada. I know a guy with 2 plates in his face from a bad hop.
So we played on dirt a couple weeks ago and I almost lost my face… I learned that for a casual sport it’s best to just play it safe and field it on your one side and not straight on lol
Hey ball glove king, don't know if you're into vintage gloves but there are pro dct first base men gloves from the 1970s and they are so nice and butter
Your the best baseball RU-vidr I love your content and I hope the best to you in your men’s league games and hopefully we will see a video of Finn in a game
Ball glove king I love your content. I know what park you’re at. I actually play some games there. If you live close I might have a tournament there soon. Park is called mcalsyin park.
Ball glove king, can you make a full video review on the all-star cm3000 pro elite, you have the short review but have never done a full review on what I have heard as being the “best catchers mitt of all time”
Bro, I just noticed that where you play softball and where you gave away gloves was in Illinois where I had a tournament. That’s so cool to know that one of my favorite baseball content creators is in Illinois where I have played.
Hey ball glove king i have a question should i flare my glove i still haven’t got it yet but ill make sure to look at your tips can you make a brand new how to break in a glove for people who don’t have a position yet in softball/baseball for a deep pocket what do you think i should do thanks. Nice vid as always!
Dude fantastic question and here’s what I’d do! 1. If you feel like your a more casual player I’d lean toward two in the pinky 2. I’d flare the glove. Doesn’t have to be a crazy big flare… just keep the glove more “open” 3. Learn how to close the glove properly cause that’ll go a looong way. A deep pocket can only stay deep if you close the glove correctly. (I’ve talked about that topic in the Max Clark video of if I remember correctly)
Great video, keep up the great work. Can you do a video on different types of Jax gloves? Looking for one for my son. Also not a huge deal but illegal instead of ilegal in title!
I have a bit of a complicated question (maybe).. i just got a Rawling HOH 12.75 trapeze outfield glove.. I've always thought lighter is better.. I wanted to try that Emery glove with the Cordura material.. is there a size difference between both at 12.75 (I think you said the Emery 12.75 is a little small) and if I go 13 on the Emery will that negate the weight difference between the 2 gloves? I play slow pitch btw.. Thanks...
The Wilson 1799 is always a fantastic option. But I also think the Rawlings pro303 is great too. Both are awesome so it’s just preference at that point. With that being said if you want something Japanese and cool I highly recommend the Jax outfield glove. I love the one I have and I’ve already broken in 3 other ones for the BGK Break-Ins
Hey glove king I play at that field and I have been watching your content for a while now and it would be cool for me to see you play in person and I love to watch men’s softball ( I am a 11 year old btw ) so if you can tell me when you are playing and I would be down to watch your game if you can please and I can’t for get GOOD LUCK great video 👍
Yo @ballgloveking I live right by you lol I play travel baseball at MCcaslin sometimes, I wanna come out to one of your games someday. Is there any schedule I can find?
hey man ima catcher in need of a new glove and i promise you that all star pro elite would not go to waste🙏🙏 been watching your videos for a couple years now and can say that you and bat bros are my favorite channels
Quick question. Wanting to go a step up in gloves and ive narrowed it down to a wilson a2000 D33 11.75 and a mizuno mvp prime 12.75. Nothing serious just want a good glove. For the price which would be best buy
