Hi, I can tell you that is possible you will never need a nursery for a few months after baby. We welcomed two babies while in a 2 bedroom townhouse. Both slept in a pack n play outside our bedroom on a loft landing for several months after they were born. Just don't feel pressured to move right away. Babies only need diapers, clothing, food, and love. I would take my and really concentrate on enjoying pregnancy rather than fretting over homes, but do what you think is best for your family.

Hi, I just found your channel! I’m also a reseller and a real estate investor. I’m sure by the time I’m seeing this video you’ve found a housing solution. For the future, DSCR loans are the best for self employed people looking to buy rental properties. They don’t look at your personal income at all. The loan approval is based on how much income the property will generate.

Congratulations!! I am also pregnant, due in December! I do also have a beautiful 4 year old daughter, however having a newborn while reselling will be a new experience for me too. When my first was born, and I was utterly exhausted, I remember thinking I'll never be able to get past this feeling of being drained and anxious. I thought this is my life now. But looking back I wish I would have known that feeling doesn't last forever, and that normalcy comes with time. For me, I was able to get to a regular routine at about 3 months. You may not be able to continue reselling for 60 hours a week, but when you have children you'll find so many creative ways to become more efficient with less time. And I assume working from home reselling will be an even easier transition, as you won't need to leave that precious baby to go to a job just to wish you were with baby. I guess we'll both find out very soon. :) Congrats again!

Congrats!!! I run my business out of my garage & it works great for me! I use a window ac unit in summer and just leave the house door open in winter for heat. I upgraded my roll up garage door to a high rated insulated door. I have 3 kids (5, 7 & 13). All 3 kids are finally in school so I get those school hours to work. Before that I hired a sitter to watch the kids for 12 hours a week, and she did light chores. I still have her come clean for 8 hours a week. Laundry is ruining my life lol so I have her do laundry. My teenager is a boy and helps with chores, but wants nothing to do with his little sisters so he won’t help watch them. I’d say if you can afford hiring a helper - it’s definitely worth it for your sanity. Or if you have family or friends that could help you. And I used to work my resale business at night when the kids weren’t in school. I’d set a timer though so I wouldn’t be up too late. I don’t do that anymore since I get uninterrupted time during the day now. Hopefully some of this helps a little!

Congrats! Personally we didn’t really use our babies nursery until he was five months old, he slept and napped in his crib in our room. Just thought I’d share. Although “nesting” is a real thing and you’ll feel like you need to decorate a nursery.

Congratulations! I am currently a full time teacher and a part time reseller. I had my first 6 months ago and life has changed for sure. My little doesn’t sleep much but I have a bin of items that need to photographed, measured and listed. As soon as my little goes down for a nap I photograph and measure as much as I can. Then when she is awake I upload items. The hardest thing is sourcing now since I work full time and don’t want to give up more time with my previous to go to the BINs. But she is the greatest joy in my life!!! Also my little stayed in our bedroom in a bassinet until she was 4 months old so you might not need to change your room right away. Our nursery was my posh room until 2 months ago.

Congratulations!!! I'm very excited for you! A couple of tips from someone who's been there: Train your husband to pack orders for you, so that you can leave your shops open after baby is born. Just due to my birth, I was bed ridden for like 2 weeks after the birth of my first son. Having my husband ship orders was a huge lifesaver. Second, most likely you will have baby with you in your room for the first 6 months or so, so don't worry about needing to set up a crib in your space right away. The earliest we were ever able to move our kids to sleep independently for naps was 4 months. Most likely you can just have a bassinet or cosleeper in your room where you can close the door when they nap and turn off the lights. Make sure wherever you need to work is NOT where baby will nap. Third, do as much as you can NOW in the second trimester because the third trimester is HARD on the body. Taking measurements....bending over... nope. First off you won't want to flip baby close to the due date, and second it will hurt your back like crazy. Fourth, Stock up on smalls like jewelry or little bags and save them to photograph on days when you need something super super easy after baby. There's a few resellers on insta who have had babies recently and have posted about their journey. Hawnashop and SavvyOutfitter both have some good info out there :) And Revibe Tribe has a newborn - I think he's a few months old now.

Congratulations!!! You will figure out the pockets of time and find harmony. My best mom advice is to listen to your instincts because literally there is no manual and we are all flying by the seat of our pants!

Congratulations!! My youngest is 3 now so I find myself working at night when his dad can keep him out of trouble and my hair. I try and take my photos for the week or at least a few days so I can try and squeeze them in during day when I have a little bit of quiet or after they go to bed. You will figure out what works for you and him. Be patient and try not to be too hard on yourself for not being able to do it all.

Awww I’m so happy to hear your great news!!! It is definitely life changing but you’ll adjust a lot faster than you think. It’ll come naturally. It’s weird how well mothers can just make it work. If you want it bad enough, whatever that may be, you’ll find a way. Just remember scheduling everything is upmost important. Especially feedings in the beginning. The better schedule you have in the daytime the better they will sleep at night. And in the beginning sleep when he sleeps so your not running yourself down. If mama is not happy then no one is. I’ve had 4 boys and the last 2 were twins so if I can do it then so can you. I’ll stop now cause I could go on and on. Congrats to you and hubby❤️❤️

Yay, congrats! It is wonderful. We found out we were pregnant with our first just 1 week after the original quarantine started. He's 5 months old now and with a little help from my hubby and mom I am able to stay home and maintain my reselling business. It was actually harder during pregnancy to maintain my business because morning sickness 🤢 and we had to rearrange our entire house too. It's so wonderful to have it all set up and able to flow when he is here though 💕💕💕
