1 cauliflower
3 lemon slices
Sprigs of dill
Salt to taste
(COOK FOR 5 MINUTES)
(Pour the sauce we prepared over the cabbage):
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons flour
Milk 250 ml
Salt to taste
black pepper
some nutmeg
Parmesan (amount depending on taste)
Rosemary (to taste)
Mozzarella (150-200 grams)

Canned anchovies (3-4)

2 tablespoons sour cream
