One thing I love about King David is that he respects each and every one of his guests. The level of research he does shows a genuine interest and consideration of the human element of the people he is speaking to.
IYooh, Bucie! I lost my sole daughter almost 2 years back. She loved you as a person, as well as your music, and I grew to appreciate you in the same manner. I couldn't hold back tears listening to you, it's something I cannot articulate. Thanks for your angelic deportment and sunny disposition, I guess that's what she saw!
The song "Faithful" has made me pay my spotify subscription after 3 months of absconding - so i can download the song and play for my daughter this afternoon on our drive home. Sis Bucie's voice is very special her pen is never dry and all of the best on this come back, ndikukhumbule my imaginary soulmate. The fact that you also had a bond with Pro confirms my undying respect for your craft.
But lets take a minute and applaud the King🙌🏾🙌🏾 He has way of extracting the essence of a person and get them to show raw emotions. Love that about you King David❤
Wow!!! What an interview. My take out from it never dim your light for any one. That hit me hard, as I was there once in my life time. Welcome back Bucie, for me its like you never left was playing your old songs. Everything in life happens for a reason, God had to let it happen so that you come back stronger. With him by your side nothing is impossible. I'm waiting with baited breath for your new album. Much luv for you 😘❤. Thank you King David ❤
King David, thank you for handling Bucie's story with so much respect and honor! You were so gentle with her experiences, and not once did you try and sensationalize her pain and disappointments. Thank you. Bucie, you are a phenomenal woman! So sorry for the losses of those you loved and held dearly along the way. Welcome back. I hope your light shines brighter and your cup overflows with peace and gladness. God keep you sisi. God bless you.
Sheesh…. 😢😢😢 emotional interview kodwa a lot of lessons learned which I wish I knew a couple of years ago but we learn as as well go… Thank You Bucie❤️🥺❤️🩹
Bucie is so soft spoken I can listen to her the whole day. I loved her then and love her now, May God give her peace that surpasses all understanding❤. I wish her well.
I'm glad you are on your journey to heal and give us more incredible music🌺. I'm waiting for your one woman show...your catalogue dear is out of this world❤💯
There's just something about this lady's heart and energy. I fell in love with her in my college years. So kind. So pure. I was heart broken when she left. I was out my mind when I saw she was back from an IG post. She doesn't just sing, she's called. If she had to sing gospel! Yoh! Let's leave it because that would be mad wild. This lady has healing energy. Bless you sis. Sorry we failed you in terms of showing you appreciation. We hope to use this second chance better. ❤🕯 Nothing about you can be replaced sis. Not a one.
I got to re-live so many beautiful memories through this interview 🥺 loved Pro Kid so much OMG.. he was one of the first artists that made me fall in love with Hip Hop back in the days may he continue to RIP.❤❤
Really miss her music 😢😢. Was happy when I saw her name on Black Motion's "Please Stay" ❤❤❤❤❤, that track is always on play ⏯️. Forgive us Sesi Bucie 😢😢😢😢
She said something so incredibly precious. "I was too young to understand what it was about." When I pray I tend to say thank you God for the opportunity to grow older with my mom. I appreciate her so much now that I get it. Shoo. I'm obsessed with my mom. I think she's the best mom ever created. We turned out this way because my mom prayed for and over us with everything she's got. Still does. I pray to grow old and grey with her and my sisters. I always say I know God loves me because of my mom and sisters. Yhu guys. I believe the pain of losing someone you love is also the pain of losing part of yourself with them. That's why it doesn't heal, because the part you lose doesn't magically grow back. I can never come to terms with death. Sending love to your broken pieces sis. ❤🕯
Love you loads, my namesake, I am eternally blessed to share a name with you. If anything, you have represented the BLESSED very well. You are a true epitome of our name. 👑👑👑
Jooo, King, u are the Thee. U are indeed a chosen one. This lady is so smart. It's like she is singing when she talks. I listened throughout, such a beautiful, sad, ,funny, rememberable, beau, tiful storey,
"People get to see that we are human" ....I felt that when I watched the interview of Jakarumba..... I felt it. It really reminded me that these are human beings like us. I felt his pain when he cried, his joy when he laughed and his frustration when he had to make a decision about which group to go with. I felt the emotions for real . I love this podcast for real shame. ❤💞💓💗💖💝💘💌❣❤🩹
My gracious 2 cents? - God had to take you away from the industry at that time so that you come back INITIATED with Selflove and wisdom enough to praise him and say what he wants to say to his nation through the gift he has trusted you with because YOU ARE WORTHY OF IT🕯️♥️. You are now going to deliver him and, his healing and his word like one of his soldiers. He had to take you away to heal you through the love you thought you never had but had all along in you and him. WELLCOME "BACK" HONEY... Your vulnerability and choosing peace is your power and strength ❤
